This was brilliant. You have to concentrate on what he's saying because he often drops a little phrase or tune after his main punchline. For example, at the end of the Marine paddling bit, he sings a line of the Marine chant. I missed it on my first pass through this.

We usually just call them ‘the Queen’ or ‘the King’ here (just as you’d generally just say ‘the President’) but it would be the Queen of the United Kingdom, or if you’re talking about Canada then it’s the Queen of Canada.
