I don't know if they have Space Halloween, but of course they have Holodecks, whatever it takes to get characters into costumes! The PINK GALAXY doesn't have a Holodeck, but a lot of space stations do (or a legally distinct "Holographic Simulation Bay"), so during shore leave in between long space flights, it's a great place to go have some fun.
