General Update

Hey friends, just a quick update on where I'm at with things.

I have had a distracting week, but it's ok because I was on a daily writing streak for almost a whole month lmao. Essentially I just had a couple of days where I didn't feel like work. I've been indulging in my new hobby, Gunpla and Gundam in general. Found out there's a hobby store in town and bought an assload of things the other day and I'm watching the original anime series lol. Very fun stuff. Looking forward to expanding collection. Send me Universal Century Zeon Mobile Suits pls. Especially this one. 

On the topic of work, I believe I'm a little over half done with the rough drafts for Coye.  I'm working on chapter 10, and I don't believe the book will go past 20 chapters but we'll see.

For RotGM, I'm slowly doing work on ch 4's rough draft as a warmup between Coye. As I've said, my main focus is on Coye until the drafts are done. My intention is to essentially cycle these novels if I can. When I'm working on the final drafts for Coye then I'll be working on the roughs for RotGM, and vice versa. That's my plan at any rate.

My voice actress friend has started work on the audiobook for vol 2 as well, but it won't be ready for a long time obviously. I can't fund it all myself, either. I need help with each individual chapter getting made, because my ROI was not worth it the first time around lmao. I'm glad I have it set up and that it's an additional stream of income, but I spent $3000 and in its first month it made $200 so yeah lmao, if you guys want an audiobook you guys have to help out with that. She owes me the first 4 chapters of Vol 2 for free because I helped her with a personal thing, but after that I'll need help with funding.

I don't want to do a kickstarter or anything because that's messy, I wouldn't get all the money, I'd be horrible at managing rewwards, and it's a hard sell. Easier to ask a couple friends to each pitch in a little tiny bit for each chapter as it gets made than to ask for $5000-6000 all at once.
