As for the partner visa, yes, thats what you need if you are getting married. Which im sure you will.....it takes time but it will be done. My daughter did the same for her husband, He had to go for medical tests and sign some declaration forms too. He only just now got the Partner Visa. It can take up to 5 to 6 weeks. but you will be fine...x
