Hah, reminds me of that old manga, where a human guy saves the life of a dude he doesn't know is actually the prince of an alien planet. The prince "rewards" the guy by turning him into a hot babe so he can be the prince's wife. The first dress she wears is very much up our mutual alley, which is why it's so memorable to me. I just wish I remembered the title...
