Overhaul 4.2.0 - Music Update II (that's the weed number!)

Hey. Music Update II is here! This update adds long-awaited 16 new tracks that Kirbyrocket has been working on for nearly a year now, as well as 5 updates to already existing tracks. Consider supporting him if you like the OST, because he'll soon start offering bandcamp downloads.

I've also implemented a change to lightning that I wanted to do for a long time now. They can now strike at any point in the world, which means more fairness and epic thunder with distance-based delays! I also replaced all lightning sounds & tweaked effects.

And that's it, besides few minor bugfixes. I'll now take a break from Overhaul to *actually make games*, thank you. Perhaps I'll have something to show off here soon. If I come back before 1.4, config update is next!

Added:

Added like hundred of megabytes to size. Strong.
Added new sound effects for lightning strikes.
Lightning strikes' sound delays are now based on distance from camera. muh immurseon.

Changed:

Lightning strikes can now strike all over the world, no longer basing strike positions on players' locations.
Increased lightning strike random roll rate from each 3 seconds to every second.
Lightning strikes now last 10 to 20 ticks instead of 60 (1 second).

Fixed:

Issue #256 - Stumps don't call mod drop hooks when broken.
Issue #257 - Various weapon overhauls incorrectly interact with other mods when they modify Player.meleeSpeed field. The best example of this issue is melee screwing up when player gets hungry in Survivaria.
