Overhaul 4.1.1 && 4.1.2

9+ bugfixes, some for issues introduced in 4.1, some just ones I forgot to do earlier. There's also been one change to get Calamity's fake-worse-throwing (aka rogue) weapons get Thrown item overhauls, like exactly same throwing & throwing melee weapons do.

Fixes:
- Issue #255 - Items on ground sometimes disappear when another one spawns? This was extremely hard to reproduce for me, but many people couldn't play because of this.

Compatibility:
- Modified requirements for Thrown item overhaul, so that it now works with Calamity's rogue (rogue.. more like.. bad) weapons.
Compatibility Fixes:
- Issue #253 - Modded boomerangs' max amount thrown behavior isn't always correct.
Fixes:
- Issue #172 - Multiple people reported "Dangerous torch removal" happen on servers when fire is off.
- Issue #250 - Impact explosives and perhaps some other of overhaul's items are broken.
- Issue #251 - Space gun and perhaps some other unique weapon overhauls are broken?
- Issue #249 - An IndexOutOfRange exception may occur at TagSystem.AddTagIfUnset during load.
- Issue #252 - Overhaul uses invalid configs before world gets its first tick called.
- Issue #248 - Consumable thrown weapons are affected by durability.
- Issue #254 - Overhaul may freak out in error message menus, due to outdated reflection code.
