Improvements:
- Crit meter will now be hidden when player opens inventory, since its position conflicts with minimap buttons.
Fixes:
- Removed unnoticed leftover class, fixed tML 0.11 support.
- Fixed minimap not getting updated.
- Most likely fixed some Disposal-related music/sound exceptions.
- Disabled logging of some caught sound-related exceptions.
