Added 2016-11-22 08:03:58 +0000 UTCFor this month's Poll Pic I ended up going with Rab Smith's suggestion of Elsa Granhiert... mainly because he was the only person to suggest anything after the voting was completed. As much as I like drawing Rab's suggestions, I would love to see more people participate in the creation process. I hope to see more people get involved next month guys!
I also decided to take this opportunity to practice doing a more tightly fit belly. This seemed like a good character to try that out on, and I think it came out fairly well!

Fair enough. I actually don't watch a ton of anime either, but it's pretty easy to think outside the box for suggestions like this. For example, one of the new characters from Pokemon Sun & Moon I'd consider both from a video game and from a recent anime! So one of those characters could have worked as a suggestion.
