jamie (and all of the jamie-likes) have some level of regeneration, and his bones have an increased iron content that causes the speckling and boosts toughness
marceline's shotgun blast to his face stripped the bone and some tissue completely, and because of embedded shrapnel, it wasnt able to heal properly, which makes the blast the worst damage he's received
they all have a lot of hairline fractures after general movement/impacts and breaking from random encounters with one another
monkey's bones are thinner and the arms undergoe a lot of stress, also decided he'll have a weird skin tail
this was really fun
