How to Get Your Patreon Benefits

We've noticed some struggles figuring out how to claim your Patreon rewards, so here's a quick guide on how to connect your accounts. If you are still having problems after this, please reach out to us (emails found at the bottom of this post)!

There is two main ways to claim your benefits, either by connecting your Patreon in account settings, or we do it for you automatically by matching your email addresses, but this can take up to 30 minutes to sync.

🎖️ How to Claim on the Log Sites

You can refresh your Patreon status in the Account Settings.

You can find your Account Settings in the top right of the site, this is true for Warcraft Logs, FF Logs, ESO Logs, etc.

Click 'Settings' in the right sidebar menu.

Pick this Settings button in the menu, found under your user name.

Under the Subscription Status, you can refresh your Patreon status if it shows incorrectly.

Click "Refresh your status" to re-sync with Patreon.

🚀 Archon

To get your Archon.gg rewards, you can link your Patreon with any of our sites. Make sure to create an account and login on Archon, and then you can connect your Patreon to update the subscriber status and gain benefits on Archon.gg.
