I did a test of a thing, what do you think

I have a new video in the works while I work on the Prey video which is going to take a while to punch up the script and make it entertaining, but I was thinking for the non-how to videos, to be on camera more. So I did a rough test to see what it would look like. Honest opinion, please tell me the truth?
Does my fat make me look pretty?
But no, honestly. What do you think of this intro for things like reviews and non-Doc and Nick How To videos?
Thanks for the input everyone. I intend to be cutting in footage even in the intro and the on camera stuff will be more spliced in when I want to emphasize a point.

It could definitely work. I might recommend integrating it gradually so that you have time to figure out the logistics and otherwise get a feel for where it does and doesn't work. I've definitely got no issue with it, though, especially if you feel it helps the process.

It's good enough and quite suitable for the intro of the video. Although you're not able to reinforce a joke with some videocuts or edits since it's only you on the camera. But since it's an intro - it's fine, it feels like we're just getting started.

I think it works pretty well man, it reminds me there’s a person behind all this work. Keep it up!

I am pretty indifferent as to whether I see a creator on camera or if they remain a disembodied voice, but I am a little bit on the spectrum and you shouldn't take my advice about these things. If you do think you want to start making that a part of your videos, you may want to see if you can set things up to have a green screen or wall behind you for more versatility.

As long you share an opinion you are going to offend somebody, we've just given people way too many avenues to voice their outrage and display their stupidity
