New Taxpayers Song and Music Video!

Hi folks. Just wanted to share this new song off of the upcoming Taxpayers album Circle Breaker. This is a neat one for the Song of the Week Club, as it's one that I posted an early iteration of back in May of 2022. A lot has changed since that version, huh? Different chorus, bridge, instrumentation, etc. One of my favorite things about the SOTWC is being able to track the progress from demo to full band album song. There are a couple other songs on the new album that originally started off as a demo right here. Excited to share them all with you.

Hope you all are hanging in and finding ways to maintain hope and fight back against our new fascist government that is attempting to choke out the few decent things about America. I've started making a list of ways I can both resist the horrors and advocate for the things I care about. Maybe I'll share those ideas once they begin resembling something coherent. In the meantime, I'll keep teaching my classes and writing my songs and trying to be a good Pop and neighbor and friend. Maybe that's the place to start.

Lastly, welcome to the new SOTW Clubbers this month, glad to have you here! It's so neat to see folks from other countries ending up here in our little corner of the internet.
