I think you need to take several things into consideration on this project (which btw is a mixtape, not an album, hence the immense versatility): the fact that she’s so young and so new and has this kind of technical and lyrical ability compared to most veteran hip-hop artists, both female and male, makes this pretty top tier—especially in an industry that pushes sexualization of female artists—ASLO, the whole point of the Boom Bap track is her trolling bc she wants to be a lyrical hip hop artist, but so many men keep wanting her to do Boom Bap! And often y’all men don’t take the time to listen to the lyrics that female artists like this spit. Like there was soooo much you missed in the lyrics, but these hip hop head men keep getting tunnel vision bc they want Boom Bap. Good reaction, usually you’re a lot more open but I think you missed a great deal due to tunnel vision
