Regarding the new Fanbox ToS
Added 2022-11-16 22:37:10 +0000 UTCAs some of you might know, Pixiv is updating their ToS for Fanbox, Booth and Requests, baiscally the monetization parts of Pixiv to ban the sales of works containing:
・Sexual exploitation of a minor
・Incest
・Bestiality
・Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior)
・Non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part
The first 3 are the ones that would concern my works, as lolis, Incest and Bestiality are works I do often. We won't really know what exactly any of that entails, as in, they specifically use "Minors" and not "Lolis", which kinda tells me they would ban all those AI/Life like works rather than anime ones, but who knows. Until they release the detailed ToS changes late this month we can only speculate.
The new rules will go live on December 15, so a month from now.
Regardless, I don't think much would change for me. Worst case scenario, I just stop putting those kind of works here on Fanbox and instead put them on my normal Pixiv and Twitter like usual.
