Sometimes that clears up any permission issues. 2) Antivirus Check: Some antivirus programs can mistakenly flag game files. Double-check that your antivirus isnโt blocking it. (I use Norton on my end, and itโs been fine, but itโs worth a look.) While you're at it, could you try our new game and see if it opens? This'll help us figure out if itโs just "PrincessSophia" or something on your machine causing the file to not open. Try recording your screen while youโre trying to open it and send us the video link. Since youโre the first to hit this issue, we need a bit more info to figure it out.

It seems like the mobile version might be giving you trouble due to an Android update that caused some older Unity games to stop working (really annoying). While we can ask our programmers to create an updated version for Android, it might take a bit of time since they're pretty tied up with our new game. As for the PC version, make sure you're downloading the file named "PrincessSophia - PC." Once it's downloaded, unzip the file, right-click on it, select "Extract All," then click on "Extract." After that, you should be able to run the game by double-clicking "PrincessSophia.exe." I just tested it myself, and it seems to be working fine. If you follow these steps and still run into problems, please let me know whatโs happening so I can help you out further!
