ARMY, we just finished recording PART ONE of our “DARK & WILD” Album Review!

Each track builds on the previous one. It’s a beautiful experience that makes us incredibly excited for all of the albums ahead of us!

2023-08-25 23:18:25 +0000 UTC목마 can be interpreted as a "wooden horse" but, in Korean, it also refers to when an adult puts a child on his/her shoulders (the literal translation would be a "neck horse"). So RM is saying that he has this person up on his shoulders, most likely meaning that this person is on top of him in terms of power and hierarchy. And like a parent who can't do much with a child on his/her shoulders for fear of the child falling, RM is saying that there is nothing he can do.

For the encore concerts, which were Friday-Sunday, jk, jimin, and lastly today namjoon came out as special guests. We’ve kind of known this for a while but it seems like Namjoon will be releasing another solo project soon before he enlists and stated that today was probably the last time he’ll be on stage for a while, though he’s not enlisting yet. Maybe it could be a possibility you guys react to these videos of the songs they performed. RM sung a song that is not yet released or even complete yet. I think it’ll be interesting to hear your feeling on this future track. Since today was the last show, and felt like the last time we’ll see Suga for a while, it has been a emotional day for both ARMY and Yoongi. It’s kind of depressing to have you watch him cry through three songs live lol, but he sung Dear My Friend, which he added during these days. I think that could also be a fun reaction or something you guys can watch on your free time. It definitely feels like a chapter has closed after this tour with Yoongi, but I think through the mourning of the end of this era, an excitement for the future is also felt. If you read this, sorry for the long rant, I need to spill somewhere. Thanks for your reactions and if you decide to watch any of these videos, let me know and I’ll list some links. ☺️

2023-08-06 22:10:41 +0000 UTCI'm almost at the end of your reaction and I just couldn't help but write this explanation seeing that both of you are breaking your heads trying to decipher this one lyric looool. "Standing under somebody" means you are always conforming to the other person, you are always the one "understanding" the other person (i.e. in fights, decision making, etc.) the other person is always right even if you know that they're not, basically it's like you let the other person be in control all the time, your opinions are always 2nd to theirs. RM here is saying that he accepts that the other person is dry and dull because it's always been like that, he just accepts whatever the other person is because that's how much he loves them. And you were so hilariously off with the wooden horse reference lol, it refers to the Trojan Horse. In ancient times, the Trojans considered horses to be sacred thats why in order for the Greeks to gain entrance to Troy, they build a large "WOODEN HORSE" to woooo the Troans and let them enter. So yeah, RM referenced it to portray that he considers the other person as a sacred being just as how the Trojans viewed the wooden horse. Finally, regarding his love for the other person who Jared said maybe was having depression or was going through something, I doubt that that's what he was trying to say. I believe he was describing someone who was in a relationship with him but wasn't really in love with him and it's making him confused, it will all make sense once you go through all the songs in the album which I believe you already did, so, yeah :)

Intro: What Am I to You and Intro: Nevermind are my two favourite intros. They are so dynamic with the music and their vocal delivery. I love the element of surprise for this song because you really have no idea where the song is going to take you when it begins. Very well crafted and executed!

2023-08-06 06:32:32 +0000 UTCIm so happy to see this reaction!!! This is the song that made me fall in love with Namjoon!!! You can feel his love, pain and frustration. The music is what grabbed my attention first cuz I love songs that have a symphonic sound to a modern beat. (Cough cough....for future references) My thoughts in simple terms are that this girl basically plays with his emotions. I feel she might be arrogant in how she treats him, knowing he's crazy about her. He has her on a pedestal, which could be the wooden horse, as he worships her. This is his way of saying make up your mind girl are you gonna keep playing with me or take me seriously. I absolutely love this song, it's my favorite on this album. On a side note, you should check out M. Knight Shyamalan's earlier books and movies. They're so good, Signs is my favorite. Some of the stories intertwine with one another....Unbreakable and Glass. He also has a habit of putting himself in a small role. Thanks for this reaction guys!! I can't wait for the full album review 😊💜🫶💜🫶

It gives me chills every time!! 😭 I think that's because at least at one point of my life, I got to experience this intense feeling too. He was able to deliver this not only in his lyrics but also in the way he delivered it in the song. Let me breathe for a sec.. 😭💜 Excited to see your whole album review! I always love it when you do this. You do it like no one else could. Thanks for all these efforts for us my FAVE brothers!! 💜

2023-08-05 23:35:10 +0000 UTCOn the show "Sexy Brained Men" or something like that Namjoon did say once he had a girlfriend in highschool but she had a lot of guy friends and while that wasn't the reason they broke up, it made him doubt a lot. So it could have something to with that or just a private matter that no one knows about. Namjoon always seems to talk about relationships whether romantic or platonic, they never seem to go right for him even in a recent live he did, he spoke a little.

2023-08-05 23:23:31 +0000 UTCI think i read somewhere once that Rm talked about his ex girlfriend from before debut. both him and J-hope have had a love. but RM said his was one sided and he kept getting jealous when she didn´t replied his msg. so i think he is talking about that here. i didn´t look at the lyrics for this song before so it was new. if anyone know where it is from please let me know. and also i dont think we should downplay BTS lyrics, as pure love and not lust hehe. not after Seven. and also RM has written sound cloud songs with clear sexual meanings before so i just think he covered it up, just like JK did with lovin you instead of F.. you hehe.

I took “being under “ meant that he’s put this person on a pedestal, always placing them above himself and they don’t seem to care. I love this album and the warning on the cover because relationships can be like that throughout your life, not just for teenagers. Angst, heartbreak can happen when you really put yourself out there. The Sixth Sense is an incredible movie (no spoilers anyone) that very much reminds me of some of Alfred Hitchcocks amazing psychological thrillers!! Great movie. One of Bruce Willis’s very best! If you love that genre, it’s a must see and very well done. Can’t wait for the whole album review. Thanks guys 🫰🏻💜🫰🏻💜😁🇨🇦

The before and after I need u is insane, it was their first win, their first "hit" and I really think this is the album that marks their maturity. I can't wait for you to dig deep into the rabbit hole that is the BU. For now, I'll gladly watch your dark and wild reaction as this album is, along all their other albums, a masterpiece PS : English isn't my first language so please excuse the bad grammar etc
