ARMY…first of all, we would like to apologize to each and every one of you for the delay in the filming of our P.O. Box opening videos. You all have sent us more packages, letters, apparel, etc. than we deserve, and we are truly overwhelmed by your love, kindness, support, empathy, care and humanity.

We have never received this many packages before in our entire lives, and we'd be lying if we said we weren't a bit overwhelmed by it all.

However, we realize that we have a responsibility to open any and all packages that you send to us IN A TIMELY & RESPECTFUL MANNER. As anxious as we may be to see the number of packages building up, we understand that each of you may have also felt incredibly anxious about your own package…

• “Did something happen to my package in transit?”
• “Did another ARMY already send them the same thing that I sent them?”
• “Are Jared & Jordan going to include my package in their next P.O. Box Opening Video?”
• “WHEN IS THIS NIGHTMARE GOING TO END!?!?”

WE ARE SO SORRY FOR CAUSING YOU TO FEEL ANY ANXIETY, STRESS, OR FRUSTRATION.

As a way to make it up to all of you, we will plan to hold our FIRST EVER P.O BOX OPENING LIVESTREAM on March 10, 2023 at 3PM EST! We will plan to open ALL of the packages/mail that were sent (and have been delivered to us) as of MARCH 1, 2023.

Here is our plan for all packages/mail you may send us in the future anytime after March 1st:

1. We will go to the post office EVERY TWO WEEKS to pick up any new packages.
2. We will film a PO Box Opening Video ONCE PER MONTH. This video (either pre-recorded OR live-streamed) will contain all packages/mail sent to us in a given month, and will be released in the first 10 days of the subsequent month (Example: All packages received in March will be opened and placed in a video we will release during the first 10 days of April). **If there are no new packages in a given month, we will wait until the following month to record/release another P.O. Box Opening Video.
