Feeling a bit stuck? Goal-setting journal sheets! ✨

Hi loves! I hope everyone is having a great start to the year. Personally I've felt a bit scattered this month, wondering where the heck this year is going to take me. Sometimes it helps to get all of your thoughts, goals + intentions down in writing.

We have created 5 journal prompts for the community that can help us direct our energy this year. You can drag these onto your tablet, open them on Canva or Word, OR print them out and hang them by your desk for inspo.

✨ DOWNLOAD THE JOURNAL PAGES HERE ✨

(or they're also attached at the bottom of this post!)

So let's get to it. Light a candle, get cozy, grab a warm cup of tea or another cozy drink of your choice, and get started!

Here's what two of the five pages look like -- SO much space to write down those big dreams of yours.

Here are the five prompts in writing with a bit of guidance, if you'd like to go about it a different way ✨

  1. What are 3-5 goals that I would like to achieve in 2022? (These could be personal goals, career goals, health and fitness goals, relationship goals..anything that you have on your heart and mind!)
  2. What are 3 things I would like to explore or try this year? (Have you been thinking about taking that ceramics class you’ve been eyeing for months? Looking to start reading more? Want to try something new in your career? Reflect on what you’ve been wanting to try but never found the time to do.)
  3. When I look at myself in December 2022, what will I have hoped to accomplish? (Describe the person you will be, the accomplishments you have made, the goals you have crushed!)
  4. What do I want more of this year? Less of? What will I leave behind?
  5. What is one small thing I can incorporate into my life everyday to be on the path to becoming the best version of myself? (Examples: Is it incorporating a new habit into your daily routine, changing the way you talk to yourself/others, drinking more water/adding more of certain types of food to your diet because they make you feel better?)

Put on some calming music, a candle, take a sip of your cozy beverage of choice, really sit with these questions, and take time to reflect. Reflect in whichever ways feel best: in writing down words, writing short sentences, making illustrations. Use this time for you and your future self! ✨
