Here’s a video I made last week where I talk in detail about the way my gut has changed since starting to recover and gaining back the weight. I have actually never been so happy with the shape of it! I love the way it’s growing back, I can’t get over how round it is and here I stand up to demonstrate the full shape of my ball belly!
