2025-08-27 01:59:52 +0000 UTCFirst time comments. I'd like to see your reactions to movies about famous musicians. Such as Ray, Lamba, what's love got to do with it?, Walk the line. There are many. And are very good films!

2025-07-02 01:07:47 +0000 UTCI voted for you all to move on, and I already commented, but there's one thing you should do (should have done it before watching the Deadpool movies). You all should watch the X-Men movies from the beginning all the way through the Wolverine movies (even Wolverine: Origins😏) back up to Deadpool 3

2025-07-01 11:55:47 +0000 UTCA romantic movie would do you good. “Fireproof” from 2008 by Affirm Films did so well that Sony offered to make a movie with them. “Courageous” in 2011 they made together. Those are the best 2 anyway.

2025-06-22 23:46:47 +0000 UTCPlease do not let the people's superhero fatigue sway you away from continuing the mcu even if they win the poll to stop. It's such a disservice that because they all saw them and are tired of superheros that they want to deprive you ladies of some great other movies and shows. As others have said Shang chi is a very good movie. Then theres black widows well deserved movie. Doctorstrange 2, eternals.. Let's not forget Loki(you girls love loki alot and his show is great) and wandavision AND Falcon the winter soldier(they explain a bit more consequences of the snap on the people that returned and how they fit back into society). Lets not forget how amazing Moon knight is(egyption based hero that's a great standalone show that doesnt need watching the mcu to even enjoy. You should make a poll listing out the rest of mcu movies and shows and allow the people to choose which are the best one's watching. And can always throw them in every other week if you girls feel like you want to react to other things too. Please do not let this polls results dictate your decisions because the results are heavily biased based on so many people having already seen them all and developed their own individual super hero fatigue and they are forcing it upon you girls when you clearly have been enjoying the mcu and the stories it's told so far. I say let the girls continue watching some great stories told and let them develop their own superhero fatigue when it ACTUALLY hits them, not so they stop because you're tired of it.

2025-06-22 23:35:14 +0000 UTCNot much good left in the MCU after Endgame, assuming Spiderman Far From Home and No Way Home are included in the Spiderman movies you already intend to watch the only other worthwhile entry is Guardians of the Galaxy 3. Also the animated Spiderverse movies shouldn't be missed. In fact there are a lot of great animated films you could try. Incredibles, Shrek, Kung Foo Panda, Megamind, Wreck it Ralph, just to name a few.
Ryan Alexander
2025-06-22 23:27:27 +0000 UTCA nice transition away could be taking the MCU actors you like and watching their better movies. Example- For Chris Hemsworth (Thor) watch 'Rush' (2013), for Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) watch 'Lost in Translation' (2003), for Chris Evans (Captain America) watch 'Knives Out' (2019), for Robert Downey Jr (Iron Man) watch 'Sherlock Holmes' (2009) etc

2025-06-22 22:21:40 +0000 UTC"You should watch, must watch and watch whatever you like" is a bad advice from people that have no idea what they're talking about. 2025-06-22 21:40:08 +0000 UTCI am glad you two are finishing the Spider Man movies. I find them all really good. As far as MCU I feel its a bit done. They have been really fun watching with you two. I don't think you two should shelve the MCU completely but maybe sprinkle them in here and there. Only my opinion though and whichever direction you go I will enjoy. I am happy to continue supporting the Movie Munchies. You and Asian Angels are the best reaction channels. So much fun.

2025-06-22 21:25:22 +0000 UTCdear Chi and Hella, i would really love to see you react to at least some of the rest of the shows and movies from MCU. it doesn't have to be every week, but an occasional reaction would be nice. 1) you started watching Tobey Maguire's Spiderman, i would love to see you react to Andrew Garfield's Spiderman as well, and then to the rest of the MCU Spiderman movies (Far From Home, No Way Home) - i believe you would enjoy all of them :) 2) MCU top shows - it would be such a shame if you didn't react to Wandavision and Loki ^^ ... my suggestion is to react to 3 episodes at a time - that way you would be done with 6-episode seasons in 2 takes (Loki S1 and S2 have 6 episodes each), and with a 9-episode season (Wandavision) in 3 takes. i think that could work, but whatever you feel is right. those two shows are for sure the best! 3) out of the other MCU movies... I would love to see a Shang-Chi reaction! that's a great one to watch at any point really :) 4) a bit on the edge, but i somehow think you'd like Eternals movie, and also Ms. Marvel show, those are optional tho :) about points 1)-3) i feel a bit more strongly :D Thanks for all your reactions up until this point, I will continue supporting you no matter what! <3

2025-06-22 20:39:47 +0000 UTCDo people even really want another TV show after GOT? My feeling is that most here would prefer an extra movie on that day instead. Maybe that should be the next poll. I'd probably replace it first with the 'Mission: Impossible' movies, then maybe the 'Rocky' movies, etc.
SM
2025-06-22 20:38:52 +0000 UTCnever cater to what you "think the audience wants" no one is watchin y'all because you're playin to petty emotions, people watch because you're genuine. I'm a conservative gun tot'n 'merican man, but watchin the communist female perspective is fascinating lol. If you could go back in time, filling in the MCU with the agent's of shield show between movie eras would have been awesome (and personally I'm down for that regardless) but, whatever you pick should be your choice. Once you go down the road of placating the audience, you'll fail the same way the MCU did with their "broader outreach" and "politically correct" garbage
Thalanoth
2025-06-22 20:21:26 +0000 UTCYeah, there are hundreds of single/standalone classics from multiple decades they have yet to watch, let alone the many films from several series... leaving them a couple years' worth of material for the channel without ever having to pad their scheduling with TV series (of which there are enough for whole new reaction channels to fill).
S_Vive
2025-06-22 20:10:44 +0000 UTCAh, the Wolverine films, yeah good catch... and perhaps the various X-men movies as well.

2025-06-22 20:04:42 +0000 UTCI would prefer a little break from superhero movies more generally actually… And even as much as I enjoy your GOT reactions It would probably be wise to avoid to many long series and stick to the way you often swapped between genres before.

2025-06-22 18:23:39 +0000 UTCI'll add one mroe comment regarding the marvel stuff. Take a look at the numbers on the other channels watching past End Game, they are not good. Very low watches or likes. Guaranteed that half of the people writting a book in the comments on why you should watch more marvel stuff are being paid, one way or the other, to do so. There are so many more great movies to see, why bother with low rated crap being pushed by the studios?

2025-06-22 18:22:33 +0000 UTCall i ask of you is to watch every single movie ever made. my suggestion is to start with the most popular stuff 1st because it means you'll provide for the largest audiences . also the mcu is billed as movies but its really more like episodes because all the characters that end up in "the infinity wars".

2025-06-22 18:18:28 +0000 UTCThere a few gems post endgame! Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings was awesome, and introduces the first Asian superhero to the MCU! 2025-06-22 18:17:16 +0000 UTCYou've got a few movie sets that you had started but never continued, such as The Matrix films, John Wick films, Men In Black films, Terminator films, Karate Kid films, The Mummy films, Alien films, Predator films, the Man With No Name westerns (Clint Eastwood), Tremors films series, etc. Then there are some movie sets that you haven't yet started, such as all the various James Bond films, Jack Ryan films (beginning with Hunt For Red October), Lethal Weapon films, Jason Bourne films, Ocean's 11/12/13, The Hunger Games films, Toy Story films, Riddick films (beginning with Pitch Black), the Mad Max films, The Librarian films, Star Trek films (probably beginning with Wrath of Khan), and the 28 Days/Weeks Later movies.

2025-06-22 18:11:48 +0000 UTCThis film is STILL one of the best Superhero films made. If you still have a desire for Superheroes after the Spiderman films, The X-men, have some of the best Superhero films made. The Expanse is a sci-fi series you might like. Some recommendations for future reactions: The Wrestler (2008) Children of Men (2006) Sicario (2015) Breaking Away (1979) Amadeus (1984) The Revenant (2015) 12 Years a Slave (2013) The Hurt Locker (2008) Dallas Buyers Club (2013) Leaving Las Vegas (1995) BTW, enjoyed you gals reaction immensely. 🫡🫡🫡

2025-06-22 18:11:26 +0000 UTCI enjoy your reactions to the movies. Not much of a fan for GOT. So I skip those ones. It's all about choice. Either you watch reactions with them to the ones you like or you don't. Just take a break from the MCU and restart later. I'll still watch along to the ones I think are enjoyable and are good to me. When one person thinks a movie is good. Sometimes......well :) Try SINNERS the movie though. Something to think about.

2025-06-22 18:10:06 +0000 UTCahh... the problem after Infinity War: Endgame is Marvel F**ked it up. There was supposed to be a new "Thanos" type super villain called "Kang the Conqueror" or "He Who Remains" But the idea was scrapped after the actor was caught beating up his girlfriend in a domestic violence incident. In December 2023, Jonathan Majors (Kang the Conqueror) was found guilty of harassment and assault, leading to his firing from Marvel Studios. But you can still watch them and enjoy Phase 4... just don't expect too much. They are a bit...janky with plot lines after numerous rewrites and sloppy writing, making them a bit......rushed. There are a few good ones, like the Spider-Man ones, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is also good. 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' is fun, but requires you to watch Wandavision TV show, which was OK I guess. Loki TV show had an OK first season but dragged with slow pacing in the 2nd season to the point where I couldn't watch it.... i thought it was pretty bad to be honest. The other TV shows I haven't seen much but seem mostly Irrelevant... The only TV show that is necessary is Wanda Vision for the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness movie. The Multiverse Saga The films from Phase Four, Phase Five, and Phase Six are collectively known as "The Multiverse Saga". The Phases also include multiple series and three specials streaming on Disney+ The Movies from Phase Four are - Black Widow Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings Eternals Spider-Man: No Way Home Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Thor: Love and Thunder Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Television series of Phase Four - WandaVision The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Loki What If...? Hawkeye Moon Knight Ms. Marvel She-Hulk: Attorney at Law

2025-06-22 18:03:22 +0000 UTCI totally understand. It's completely impossible to make everyone happy. No matter what you do, people will complain. I suggest just watching whatever you genuinely enjoy watching (makes for better reactions) and just doing a weekly poll where you let us vote on a movie once a week. You pick a genre like "action" ,"horror", "drama", "comedy", etc... and let us vote on a movie. Other than that, just watch what you like. I am over the comic book stuff, personally, and would prefer random movies... but do what you like since everyone will complain anyways! haha

2025-06-22 18:01:27 +0000 UTCJust watch Loki (series) and 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' for character wrap ups, anything else can be watched in your own time. The other Tom Holland Spiderman's are fun but can be watched anytime. If you watch Wanda Vision in private life, before Doc Strange/Multiverse you'll understand some storyline better.
Hollin Lange
2025-06-22 17:55:08 +0000 UTCI have not seen the series myself, but I know you are big fans of the trickster god LOKI. I would recommend watching all 5 spider man movies before the MCU then it would be cool if you watched MCU movies up to that show. That is when GOT would be wrapping up. Then transfer to LOKI, with occasional breaks for MCU movies as they were released with the series. I also remember Chi saying she really, really, really liked Karate Kid. Watch Karate Kid 2 and 3. Even the new KK with Jakie Chan is awesome. The replacement series would then be Cobra Kai. It is a fun series that everybody just loves. Like everybody else I have a million suggestions for movies, but which ever direction you choose, you are going to entertain a lot of people continue to grow. :D
Justin Edwards
2025-06-22 17:34:36 +0000 UTCEh. Lost is pretty widely hated and dead meme. Twin Peaks is great but it's a bit niche. I'd recommend David Lynch movies rather than a whole show
M
2025-06-22 17:34:13 +0000 UTCMarvel is not good after Endgame and your following will slow or shrink if you keep going now. I think you may want to avoid long shows after this. The older American shows with like 200 episodes will put you in a less popular category of reactors. GOT is pushing it already because it starts great but turns into one of the worst shows of all time. Your views on that might fall off after season 7. I recommend True Detective season 1. It's 8 episodes long, possibly the best piece of television ever created (a popular opinion), and it's a totally different story from season 2 so it's a complete story on its own without continuing.
M
2025-06-22 17:31:24 +0000 UTCI think after GOT you would love Agents of Shield. It's completely difrent. It's about a team with Phil Coulson as the leader. Or the series Cobra Kai. But first watch Karate kid 2 and 3. For Marvel movies I suggest X-men movies (starting from the 90's). BTW I love your reactions!
Steven Braun
2025-06-22 17:29:45 +0000 UTCif you ask me more other movies.. like - American Pie has 3 great sequels, - Karate Kid has Part 2, 3 and the awesome Cobra Kai Series (all Episodes under 1/2 Hour) - Rest oft he Schwarzenegger Movies like Conan, Twins, Running Man - Of the Underworld Franchise at least movies 1, 2, 3 (Action Horror Werwolf vs. Vampires) - Man in Black has 2 more Movies, The Hangover Part 2 and Crododile Dundee 2 is fun also - For the Halloween Time: Sleepy Hollow (with Johnny Depp) - Fort he Christmas Time: Christmas Vacation, Scrooged, Trading Places, Bad Santa So far the first that comes to my mind :D

2025-06-22 17:21:42 +0000 UTCI'd say stop simply because there are so many other movies that would make better reactions. My current top 15 for you to react to- 'Taken' (2008), 'Misery' (1990), 'Labyrinth' (1986), 'Rear Window' (1954), 'A.I. Artificial Intelligence' (2001), 'The Breakfast Club' (1985), 'Far and Away (1992), 'Homeward Bound' (1993) 'Heaven & Earth' (1993), 'The Terminal' (2004), 'Contact' (1997), 'The Fugitive' (1993), 'Gattaca' (1997), 'Meet Joe Black' (1998), 'Magnolia' (1999)

2025-06-22 17:06:08 +0000 UTCMy personal opinion is, stay clear of the multiverse MCU movies with the exception of Spider-Man. Guardians of the Galaxy 3 is the only film that is separate from all that. Great TV series to follow is among the best of all time: TWIN PEAKS and LOST. They do not disappoint and will keep you glued to the story like GOT. Twin Peaks is a murder mystery series that made David Lynch famous and LOST is a sci-fi mysterious island that a plane crashes on. It made JJ Abrams famous as a director. I strongly do not recommend more gangster shows like Sopranos (worst ending in TV history), Breaking Bad (promotes drug dealing) or Walking Dead (way too much gore and it will enrage you). I will keep subscribing anyway, I'm still waiting for you to watch ROCKY movies and the rest of JOHN WICK movies.

2025-06-22 16:55:56 +0000 UTCI stopped watching MCU reactions awhile back, to be honest. I don't find those kinds of movies particularly interesting. Here are some of my suggestions I've been regularly posting: - Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (great dramatic performance by Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet, with Elijah Wood (Frodo)) - Arrival - Children of Men - Pan's Labyrinth (super imaginative, dark fairy tale)
Chris
2025-06-22 16:43:55 +0000 UTCI'm gonna miss waiting every Sunday for a new MCU movie but if it comes to a stop that's fine. A break from it would be a good one for a while, watch some other great films before possibly coming back to watch some more. Some good ones like Venom, Guardians of the Galaxy 3, and the most recent one, the Thunderbolts! I do hope we can get to see some of these films and possibly some of the series like Moon knight, Loki, and others too. That would be awesome to see! 0u0

2025-06-22 16:23:44 +0000 UTCJust the Spider-Man movies. Raimi's SP3, then Amazing's 1&2, then Holland Far from Home and No Way Home. Almost everything else has collapsed in on itself. The lore changes randomly. The writing is poor more often than not, probably because they started filming before scripts were done. The highlights are few and far between and peak at Phase 2 hype not Phase 1 or 3. If y'all want another saga, especially superhero, go Invincible.
f w
2025-06-22 16:20:21 +0000 UTCIf you are going to continue with MCU, after spiderman 2, you neeed to at least finish with spiderman 3 and then watch the two amazing spiderman with andrew garfield films as these two versions tie into a future spiderman MCU movie. And then watch at least WandaVision show because that does tie into another future Doctor Strange movie. I also know you two like Loki, so you could watch that as well. And then probably end it with Gaurdians of the Galaxy vol. 3. Other than those, I wouldn't really bother with anything else.

2025-06-22 16:01:32 +0000 UTCI'll be happy if I never see another superhero movie. The whole concept is deeply fascist. We can trust one individual with unchecked power? 2025-06-22 15:50:49 +0000 UTC10 Greatest MCU Movies After 'Avengers: Endgame,' Ranked A lot of people complain that the Marvel Cinematic Universe went downhill after Avengers: Endgame, and while yes, the batting average for movies post-Avengers: Endgame wasn't as good as what the MCU was used to throughout the 2010s, it really wasn't as bad as people thought. There were some real downers in Phase Four and Phase Five, but the hitters made up for them. Indeed, plenty of MCU movies post-Avengers: Endgame are great, but which ones are the best? It's definitely a bit easier to rank the movies in these previous two phases than others, thanks to the contrasting quality across them all. Still, when it comes to that final five, it gets tougher. This list will rank the best MCU movies after Avengers: Endgame based on their importance to the franchise, fan and critical reception, and their overall quality as parts of the ever-expanding universe. 'Black Widow' (2021) Directed by Cate Shortland While often considered "mid" and certainly should have come far earlier in the MCU's timeline, Black Widow isn't a horrible movie. Sure, it lacks in a lot of areas, but for the most part, the movie holds up and is serviceable. It does pretty much everything that it needed to, and the dynamic between the whole family cast, especially Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) and Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh), is wonderful. Honestly, almost 5 years later, Black Widow is worth returning to. Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh give some pretty dang good performances, with David Harbour playing a great supporting role. Not only that, it's worth revisiting after Thunderbolts* expanded Yelena as a character to great success. People returning to it will most likely realize that this film got more hate than was warranted. 'Eternals' (2021) Directed by Chloé Zhao The discussion surrounding Eternals is pretty divisive. However, this unfairly maligned movie is far better than people claim. Is it slow at some points? Definitely. But it doesn't get nearly enough credit and deserves far more. Director Chloé Zhao's fingerprints are all over this movie; her directorial style carries it when the story falters. She brings out some wonderful performances in the large cast, as well. The movie is shot beautifully—one of the best-shot superhero films, as cinematographer Ben Davis captures the Eternals spectacularly. Davis has worked on a boatload of Marvel movies, but something about his work in Eternals is breathtaking. The team behind the movie also provided one of the best portrayals of super-speed in superhero cinema, making Eternals so much better than people thought. 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' (2022) Directed by Sam Raimi It's pretty dang difficult to say that a Sam Raimi movie is bad. After years upon years of not working in the superhero space following 2007's Spider-Man 3, Raimi sat back in the director's chair for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and boy, did he deliver. The biggest complaint with the Doctor Strange sequel is the story, but much like Eternals, the movie's technical aspects save it tenfold. The camera moves, color grade, and risks taken thanks to Raimi's directing style make Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness a joy to watch. Even if one isn't a huge fan of the story, there is more than enough to enjoy visually and technically. As per usual, Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen bring their best and own every scene they're in. 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' (2019) Directed by Jon Watts While it may struggle in the second act, Spider-Man: Far From Home is a solid adventure for everyone's favorite Web-Slinger. Its biggest strength is undoubtedly the villain, Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal), and the type of action he brings through his unique illusionary powers. Not only is Gyllenhaal bringing one of the best Spider-Man villain performances, but also some of the best action sequences. Despite its second-act sorrows, the emotional turmoil Peter Parker (Tom Holland) suffers from works very well. With seemingly the weight of the world on his shoulders (as it always is), he just wants one vacation where he can be Peter and have fun with his friends. But when does Spider-Man ever get what he wants? The relatable tone helps Spider-Man: Far From Home be a great addition to the post-Avengers: Endgame lineup. 'Deadpool & Wolverine' (2024) Directed by Shawn Levy The fact that Deadpool & Wolverine turned out good is a pretty impressive feat, given what the movie is in theory. Not only did it act as the first MCU film where the 20th Century X-Men movie characters appeared, but it brought Hugh Jackman back as Wolverine for the first time since 2017. Lastly, it was Marvel Studios' first R-rated movie. The pressure was on, and with the concept itself and the amount of cameos in it, this movie, on paper, should have failed. But Deadpool & Wolverine ended up being a great and entertaining multiversal spectacle full of R-rated shenanigans. Ryan Reynolds, as always, brought his A-game both as Wade Wilson and as a producer and one of the main creative forces behind the film. It gave Channing Tatumthe chance to finally get his time in the sun as Gambit. This bold choice ended up paying off for Marvel Studios, too, because people loved him so much that he is actually coming back to play him in the upcoming event flick, Avengers: Doomsday. 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' (2022) Directed by Ryan Coogler After the mass success of the first Black Panther and the unfortunate passing of leading man Chadwick Boseman, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever had the weight of the MCU on its shoulders. The sequel features Shuri (Letitia Wright) as the new Black Panther, and her journey as the protagonist is honestly one of the best post-Avengers: Endgame character arcs. Shuri's struggle between justice and vengeance was very compelling, and as she dealt with the passing of T'Challa, the audience was grieving Boseman along with her. This singular approach allowed the movie to really draw people in emotionally. Not to forget, it also finally introduced the powerful Namor (Tenoch Huerta) into the MCU. The flick is wonderful and has, of course, a phenomenal score by Ludwig Göransson. 'Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings' (2021) Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton Much like the Guardians of the Galaxy, Shang-Chi was a comic book character in the Marvel universe that no one really knew about. Thus, Destin Daniel Cretton and Simu Liu had a lot to prove when bringing the character to the big screen. Luckily, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings blew people away and gave audiences some of the greatest fight sequences in superhero cinema. The martial arts at play make the fight and stunt sequences in this movie beyond beautiful, and truly some of the best in superhero movie media. The father and son story between Shang-Chi and his father, Xu Wenwu (Tony Leung Chiu-wai), is very emotional and works incredibly well. With director Destin Daniel Cretton and stunt coordinator Peng Zhangboth returning to superhero media in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, fans can feel secure in the fourth installment in the MCU Spider-Man franchise. 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' (2021) Directed by Jon Watts 2021 was a pretty good year for Marvel Studios, with not just Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings but Spider-Man: No Way Home, as well. The trilogy capper is one of the most singular and spectacular Spider-Man films out there as it answers the question: What would happen if Peter Parker's secret identity were revealed to the entire world? Not just that, but it also brings back the villains from previous franchises via the multiverse. What's great about Spider-Man: No Way Home is that the cameos and the antagonists aren't just there for nostalgia's sake. All of the multiversal characters serve Peter's character arc and make for a very emotionally compelling journey for him and the audience. It's among the best Spider-Man films, for sure. It's pretty special, doing things no other movie about the Web Slinger dared to do. 'Thunderbolts*' (2025) Directed by The most recent release for Marvel Studios, Thunderbolts*, has been getting rave reviews. Brilliantly directed by the wonderful Jake Schreier, Thunderbolts* has a theme and message deeply rooted in mental health, which many people could strongly relate to. One could even argue that this new flick has helped revive some people's love for the MCU. Whether it be the ever-beloved Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) or the newest MCU addition, Bob (Lewis Pullman), the characters in Thunderbolts* are so extremely lovable and surprisingly relatable, easily getting people falling in love with them quickly. With the movie's main lineup now acting as the MCU's New Avengers, people are endlessly excited to see them as the team in Avengers: Doomsday. 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3' (2023) Directed by James Gunn The Guardians of the Galaxytrilogy can easily be considered one of the greatest superhero sagas of all time, and what helped solidify this reputation was the success of its big finale, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Director James Gunn managed to craft an incredible third film to wrap up his trilogy and did so with grace and love for the characters. Gunn tells one of the MCU's darkest plots by exploring Rocket Raccoon's (Bradley Cooper) past. It's heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time, cathartic yet bittersweet, and makes for a very enjoyable ride the entire way through. The director also gave all of the Guardians a good, happy ending and left people feeling a sense of satisfaction at the end of the 2-ish hour run. Vol. 3 ranks among the MCU's best movies ever, and it's the undeniable highlight of the series post-Endgame.

2025-06-22 15:49:43 +0000 UTCYou should watch some new series. Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Succession are all really good prestige TV. Ozark is another good one, so is The Americans.

2025-06-22 15:41:20 +0000 UTCYou should definitely move on from the MCU after Endgame. The majority of the films after that are not nearly as good as the earlier films and are mostly just bad, and the TV series' are nearly unwatchable. I recommend doing some other horror/science fictions genre films, or you could even do comic book genre films based on stuff other than Marvel or DC. A recommendation that I have is "Hellboy." I'd really like to see you react to that.

2025-06-22 15:39:40 +0000 UTCIf you skip the remaining MCU movies, you'll miss: Rockets origin story Black Widows origin story The Celestials origin story Red Witch "ending" Thor "ending" And a lot of other details that really fill out the storyline I think it would be a shame to skip those : /

2025-06-22 15:33:22 +0000 UTCWatch what pleases YOU. But if you want some suggestions about the MCU, the last spiderman movie and the last Dr Strange are very good. If you like super-heroes, you can try some Xmen movies.

2025-06-22 15:28:38 +0000 UTCI also think "Evil Dead" movies and tv show should be next. Evil Dead was the first movie by the director of spider-man. The TV show is very modern and, imo, is one of the better tv shows made in the last 20-yrs.

2025-06-22 15:27:55 +0000 UTCHard disagree. GotG3 is severely overrated and there are some good films like Shang-Chi and Thunderbolts*. Not to mention WandaVision, Loki, Hawkeye, and a good chunk of the Netflix shows since they've been brought into the fold.

2025-06-22 15:08:58 +0000 UTCBest to stop now and come back to it later. You might experience Marvel fatigue, especially after how the bar was set high with the first phases. Once you are back into a "superhero" mood, there will be plenty of content to come back to, and less chance for comparison with a fresh new approach.

2025-06-22 15:07:14 +0000 UTCAlso you should watch some animated movies like "Kung Fu Panda". "the iron giant"

2025-06-22 14:52:08 +0000 UTCPerhaps move on but come back to MCU later. Yes, the rest of the earlier Spier-Man movies, including the animated Spider-Verse movies. Then maybe the X-Men and Wolverine movies! I think the MCU shows Wandavision and Loki are worth seeing. And there are still some decent MCU movies (primarily Shang Chi, Spiderman and Guardians Vol 3). Deadpool and Wolverine was popular but I haven't seen it myself - however to fully appreciate that, first watch Logan (2017) - and maybe even most of the X-Men and Wolverine films before that!

2025-06-22 14:40:34 +0000 UTCI'm not a fan of MCU. Why not some older classic movies? If you want comic book characters, there's The Rocketeer, The Shadow, Mystery Men, or Dredd. I don't think Movie Munchies has covered any of them, and they're all really good.

2025-06-22 14:31:32 +0000 UTCother MCU movies/shows.. kinda no point to rush it. Everyone are fans of it, but as a reaction its a bit tiring. Would love to see more classic movies or western/horror reactions. Specifically Alfred Hitchcock's films. And for Hella, Batman Forever is important.

2025-06-22 14:07:29 +0000 UTCI think you can stop MCU for now BUT Wandavision and Loki are awesome shows and I think you will really enjoy both. Also please make sure to watch the animated Spiderverse movies. They are really good, too.

2025-06-22 14:01:26 +0000 UTCCherry picking the post-Endgame MCU projects would be a short-sided decision since most of us don't know how and where everything is gonna land yet (most of the stuff in that first set of films didn't fully get paid off until Infinity War and Endgame). So u might miss some context for certain events when eventually tackling stuff like Thunderbolts*, Avengers Doomsday and Secret Wars. Not to mention alot of ppl are suffering from recency bias/revisionist history with current MCU. Not to mention ppl with agendas against the franchise. But ultimately, it's your decision. That being said, there are some great non-Marvel films to check out (Sinners, the Rocky/Creed franchise, The Substance, Everything Everywhere All At Once, A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), Gangs of New York, Boyz N the Hood, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, etc)

2025-06-22 14:00:59 +0000 UTCI think you guys would LOVE Wandavision! It will be interesting for you guys to experience all of the different decades of American TV and sitcoms.

2025-06-22 13:57:48 +0000 UTCMarvel is really divisive. Half love it half can't stand it. Even though I voted "STOP MCU" I think it's good for the channel to react to a couple of the more popular movies after Endgame eventually. But making your 2nd show after Game of Thrones a Marvel show? When you haven't even reacted to the most popular shows out there like Breaking Bad, AOT, etc? Big mistake imo, you'll be hitting <5k/video views
Mario
2025-06-22 13:52:48 +0000 UTCPoll seemed a bit skewed, with three options continuing MCU in some way. It's my own fault for binge-watching your content to catch up, but I'm in the Take A Break From MCU camp. I don't hate on their shows or anything, I just could use a palate cleanser. A lot of people have suggested you'd enjoy "Snatch"(2000), and I agree. Brad Pitt has a great character. A couple of my favorite movies that I think you'd like are: "Legend"(1985) - fantasy/basically a fairy tale/Tom Cruise "Labyrinth"(1986) - family/fantasy/muppets/David Bowie
Lucky Card
2025-06-22 13:45:03 +0000 UTCI think the MCU has lost so much quality after Endgame that it would be a waste of time. Above all, it seems that the MCU creators themselves don't know where they're going. Also it seems like a soft reset is planned, which means that everything or most of what came after Endgame is no longer important. The big villain they wanted to build up as the new Thanos has already been fired and will probably be replaced by Galactus and Dr Doom (for whom they cast Robert Downey Jr/Iron Man, which I also find questionable). There are a lot of calls for the Loki series. I think Loki's story has been told. He wasn't in many MCU movies, but he stole the show almost every time he was. He also had one of the best character arcs in the MCU. From jealous brother to villain to unexpected ally to hero. In the end, he stood side by side with his brother and died a hero trying to stop Thanos. That's a good ending. I'd say watch the two MCU Spiderman movies and maybe Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and then stop. If you want to continue watching superhero movies on Sundays (it's a bit of a tradition by now and you seem to really enjoy these kinds of movies😅), start with the X-Men movies (both old and new). That way you can also see Wolverine again.
Digitalversager
2025-06-22 13:44:41 +0000 UTCPersonally, I absolutely think you should continue and watch all of it, including the TV shows. You've come to love these characters and although not everything in the MCU after Endgame is great, there is a LOT to love. And I mean a LOT! It would be a real shame if you missed out on some of the fantastic things you have left to watch, such as Guardians of the Galaxy 3. And there are other Marvel films yet to be released that look like they could be building to something incredible. However, if you decide continue to with the MCU (and I really hope you do), I do think there are other things you should watch first once you finish the Spider-Man movies. These include:- The X-Men movies. You've watched all three Deadpool films and Logan, but there are many other fantastic X-Men films to watch and references to them are made in future MCU films as well. In fact, if you were to watch the X-Men movies, I wouldn't mind if you guys did a re-reaction Deadpool and Wolverine afterwards with some more context under your belts. The original two Fantastic Four movies. While not the most popular films, I personally enjoyed them a lot, and it would be interesting to see how you two compare them to the upcoming Fantastic Four: First Steps if you were to watch that as well. (But everyone agrees that the 2015 Fantastic Four is best avoided) The Defenders Netflix TV shows, starting with Daredevil. These shows - particularly Daredevil and Jessica Jones, are incredible, and are technically canon to the MCU. Daredevil himself re-appears in the MCU continuity afterwards. All these films will really help give you some great context for what comes next in a lot of the MCU, and it'll enhance your viewing experience if you see them first. Some honourable mentions include the Venom movies, the original Daredevil movie and the Elektra movie, especially if you rewatched Deadpool and Wolverine, but they are not essential viewing.

2025-06-22 13:31:51 +0000 UTCYeah Wandavision is only good in the beginning if you get the references. And then it just turns terrible anyways so if you don’t get the references then it’s just a bad show from the start until the end.

2025-06-22 13:30:58 +0000 UTCI'd say take a break from the MCU and head over to a different series. I'd recommend the Fast and the Furious franchise... and the SAW series. Both have about 9 or 10 films and should keep you going for a while

2025-06-22 13:30:50 +0000 UTCI think Guardians of the Galaxy 3, and Spiderman are the only MCU movies left worth watching. After that would love to see you move on to other films like… * Clueless (Comedy, 1995) * Baby Driver (Action, Edgar Wright, 2017) * Nightcrawler (Thriller, Jake Gyllenhaal, 2014) * Seven Samurai (Action, 1954) * Election (Dark Comedy, 1999) * The John Hughes Films * More Quentin Tarantino Films * More Alfred Hitchcock Films

2025-06-22 13:28:12 +0000 UTCYeah as you said the less tied together Multiverse Saga means Movie Munchies could maybe do a release every other Sunday and then everyone's happy.

2025-06-22 13:27:59 +0000 UTCAbsolutely agree with this, it would be a wild next TV show for the channel but you're right it is one of the best seasons I've seen of anything.
Patrick
2025-06-22 13:26:04 +0000 UTCI ended up choosing the 3rd option as the closest for my preference but it's actually between 1 and 2 so I should elaborate. Take a break if you yourselves would like to switch it up but when you return, I think all the movies are quite fun and would be made even better with your reactions. As for the TV you can be a lot more choosy so go off recommendations but also if you like the premise then go for it. Like others have said "Wandavision" was interesting, watch it before Dr Strange 2, I'm sure you'll love seeing Loki season 1 and 2 and then "What If?" season 1 was really fun (haven't got around to season 2) and remember watch the "Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special" before GotG3! From the Spider-Man film that ends to Phase 3 through Phase 4 to where I, and probably a lot of others, have stopped keeping up in Phase 5 is 10 films. Out of the (oh wow) 17 seasons of TV, I'd say only 4 or so are worth it. That all being said happy to watch anything on this channel and look forward to what comes next!
Patrick
2025-06-22 13:23:06 +0000 UTCSadly, at this point, the poll looks to be pointing towards dropping the MCU all together but I really hope you don't do that. There are some real gems among the Post-Endgame Marvel output. Based on what we've seen so far, at least, I think you would enjoy WandaVision and Loki at the very least. People love to hate on the MCU these days and there are some valid criticisms made. The Multiverse Saga is nowhere near as coherent or focused as the Infinity Saga and parts of it seems mainly fanservice. Some of it works and some of it doesn't. But those are just my opinions and I think you should have the opportunity to actually decide what films/TV shows you like and which you don't. Perhaps alternating between more populist fare like Marvel and other types of films would be possible. Art is subjective, and for every person who hates a Marvel movie there's someone who dislikes a Scorcese project or Kubrick or Anderson. Oddly enough, sometimes they can be the same person! That's art for you! I do hope you'll consider some sort of middle ground where you don't drop Marvel completely but also don't make it a weekly project anymore. That way both sides don't lose out completely. Thanks for considering our opinions on this!

2025-06-22 13:19:38 +0000 UTCIf you don't watch things like WandaVision, Falcon & the Winter Soldier & Loki.. there is absolute no reason to go forward in the MCU. They are the foundation of the next phase and most (not all) of the projects are in some way tied to what happens in the shows.

2025-06-22 13:11:22 +0000 UTCHonestly, the rest of the Spider-Man movies and just the last Guardians of the Galaxy movie are good, then stop. Because you are at a good stopping point before it becomes really bad and messy, movie-wise. You already care about Rocket Racoon and Guardians 3 is his story. But there is a lot of new stuff that kind of really doesn’t matter. About the shows…you would like Loki. You already like him, and it’s good. For people saying WandaVision, I wouldn’t bother. While it’s good, there is so much US pop culture from the past that you won’t be aware of. Each episode is like a parody of a different decade of television. It’s interesting but honestly it’s a gimmick and will you guys get jokes about 1950’s US tv shows? Falcon and Winter Soldier show you might like. It’s good, and you like these 2 characters. Hawkeye show is great. You might enjoy it because it’s about a young woman who kicks ass and is played by a great actress.

2025-06-22 13:06:29 +0000 UTCI love Marvel but after Endgame it lost a lot of it's appeal, there are definitely a few very good ones after Endgame like Doctor Strange: The Multiverse of Madness and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and of course the other 2 Spiderman movies but I get it if you want to move on from MCU for now. However, like a few people have already suggested, no matter what the choice is I HIGHLY recommend you watch the Loki TV Show as it is amazing and he is one of if not you favourite character. 2025-06-22 13:00:52 +0000 UTCI think that dr strange one was pretty good. Antman , Shang Chi , Eternals and rest all Spider man was also pretty decent. Rest all I think were meh. Shows like Wandavision was pretty cool. I think you guys will love that series. Rest like daredevil , agents of shield , Loki are good but it’s too much commitment as it involves multiple seasons.

2025-06-22 13:00:30 +0000 UTCI definitely don't think that you should do all of the MCU movies and shows because there are some really bad/boring ones. But I think that y'all would really have a good time with the Loki TV series. My favorite MCU series is Wandavision but it's such a commentary on American TV of the past that it may be difficult to really understand from a different culture (although I wouldn't be upset of you covered it either!)

2025-06-22 13:00:19 +0000 UTCI completely understand giving Marvel movies a break, at least for now. I do hope you will watch the movies after Endgame and possibly the Loki tv series since you really enjoyed that character.
