It is a wonderful thing when you two beautiful ladies truly enjoy a movie that you love.

I think the scene in the casino is an homage to the Indiana Jones scene in Shanghai. Inspector Lee is searching for the detonator whereas Dr. Jones is looking for the antidote.

If you think the stunts in Rush Hour are crazy, you should watch some of Jackie Chan's old movies.😅
I would like to suggest Kung Fu Hustle for a reaction. The movie stars Stephen Chow, one could say Jackie Chan's unofficial successor.
That was an awesome reaction ladies, as always!💜

I like all three of the Rush Hour movies. There is apparently a fourth movie in the works. Also, check out Shanghai Noon.

Have you two considered watching "Shanghai Noon"? It's another great buddy comedy movie starring Jackie Chan and a western actor- in that one, the western star is Owen Wilson. Funnily enough, it is an actual western genre movie

Several others have mentioned Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. I had assumed that you were familiar with it because it was a huge Asian Movie that was a breakthrough hit even in the U. S. But if you didn't recognize Zhang Ziyi than maybe you haven't seen it? If you haven't then I would love to see you react to it. I absolutely love that movie.

Zhang Ziyi is quite the little action package. I will add that Hella and Chi way outclass her in the looks department. 😎

I’m glad you both really liked these films. If you liked these you will like Shanghai Noon series as well.
It’s basically the same type of “buddy cop” movie but takes place in the 1800s. Jackie Chan is in it with Owen Wilson. Sadly no Chris Tucker, but Owen is a good fit!

Hong Kong has the most skyscrapers of ANY other major city in the world ~ For the most modern looking in China, check out videos of Shenzhen, Shanghai, or Chongqing. They are VERY impressive in person, the videos don't show the true scale of how huge everything is.

Not being rude or anything, but does anyone else feel that the actor playing Ricky Tan looks like Donnie Yen? He could be his brother.

64. Speak like Chris Tucker? That's just hood talk and Mushu is just slang, you'll figure it out. Zhang Ziyi is one of my favorite Chinese actresses. She did come on my radar back with crouching tiger and hidden dragon. Then you got the others like, House of flying daggers, Hero and Memoirs of a Geisha. She is renowned for her martial arts which include weapons. I should look into some more of her films. Another nice reaction. On to the next.

Loving the double dip, ladies! I remember when these first came out and they're still hilarious. Can't wait for number 3.
But if you want another outstanding "buddy cop" trilogy, then you need to check out the BEVERLY HILLS COP movies, starring Eddie Murphy.

When I was a teenager I was a big fan of Hong Kong Cinema. I grew up on The Shaw Brothers, and also watched a lot of Jackie Chan movies. I think the first time I became familiar with him was when I saw him in Drunken Master.
Zhang Ziyi is the Chinese actress who plays the villain who likes to blow folks up in this movie. She really got famous in the United States when she played a big role in a Chinese Language film called Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Though the film is in Chinese, it was a multinational production and the first Chinese language film to make more than 100 million dollars at the box office in the US. Ang Lee was the director, and though he's from Taiwan he mostly makes American films.
Don Cheadle shows up in this film as Kenny, the black guy who owns a Chinese Restaurant and knows Kung Fu. You probably didn't recognize him, but he is Rhodey in the Iron Man movies, aka War Machine. He's a really great actor so when he shows up and acts opposite Chris Tucker, it makes it kind of obvious that Tucker is more of a comedian than an actor.
Don Cheadle is also in Ocean's Eleven. You'll definitely have a watch that at some point. It's got Brad Pitt and George Clooney.
If you like Chris Tucker, you should definitely watch FRIDAY. Friday is also set in Los Angeles, but South Central Los Angeles. It's a great comedy.
