When they were little kids, the Mountain held the Hounds face against a fire and is the reason he is scarred. That is why he was always scared of fire in previous episodes and told the archer that he will kill him if a flaming arrow comes close to him.

2024-11-01 02:06:39 +0000 UTCNot sure if you caught it but the knight who slashed Tyrion across the face was one of the Kingsguard, who are the king's royal bodyguards. He was one of the two men that Joffrey asked to represent him on the battlefield before he fled (the other was a Kingsguard as well, the one who would beat Sansa when Joffrey told him to). That's why Tyrion didn't try to dodge or fight him, he was supposed to be an ally.

Besides, being wrong about your own theories about the story is part of the fun of Game of Thrones.😅 That was an awesome reaction ladies, as always.💜 It almost sounds like the ladies have heard the fans, there seem to be two episodes coming next week. It's the song Bronn was singing in the hall before the battle started. So far, you've seen most of the houses: Lannister (lion), Stark (wolf), Targaryn (Dragon), Baratheon (stag), Tyrell (Rose), Tully (fish), and Greyjoy (Theon - The Drowned Men). There are others to be introduced, but those are the main ones so far. Also, the implication is that Cerci was planning to kill herself *and* Tommin (her son) because Stannis would probably have burned them as an offering to the Lord of Light. Better to die less(?) painlessly by poison, I suppose.

He did so in a brutal manner, flooding the mines of Castamere and annihilating the entire Reyne family.

2024-10-31 20:17:55 +0000 UTCgood prediction at the start chi and also good predictions from hella this time, also such a nice black dress as the song said, the lords of castamere also had a sigil of a lion, just a red one; and as the song said, they were in a dispute with the golden lions (lannisters) and now their (the lord of castameres) halls are empty. (cant say more, without spoilers, since the song only reveals this much)

2024-10-31 19:06:34 +0000 UTCThis battle scene is almost exactly what happened in the books, but in the TV series Tyrion just gets a scar, but in the books his entire nose gets cut off, leaving him very disfigured. I am really glad the first season of this show was so successful because HBO went on to pay for some epic battles that rival anything you'd see at a cinema. Can't wait for the conclusion of this season and the start of season 3.
