This is a question and answer I received from Patreon.
I have permission to use the photos, etc., so I will post them here.
It's a Jeanne d'Arc Alter 1/10 kit by New Platform.
The person in question contacted me about six months ago and said, "I'm going to comission a friend of mine to do this work on my behalf, and I was wondering if you would be willing to check it out for me.
But I was surprised to see the quality of the work was higher than I expected. Great.
However, the person who asked the question said he felt a little uncomfortable with the gaze, so I told him how to solve that problem.
Gaze correction points
The questioner's feeling was that her face, or rather her gaze, felt unstable.
I checked it out, thinking that it is quite perceptive that you can feel the discomfort in your gaze....
This picture makes it easy to see at once what the problem is.

The posture and neck orientation are slightly to the right, while the gaze of the left eye appears to be slightly to the left (or the outside).
This is a trouble that tends to occur when only the face parts are proceeded at once without temporary fitting, where he probably forgot to check the gaze during it.
So the left eye should also be balanced by turning the gaze to the right.
The face on the right is the one balanced in Photoshop.

If the iris turns to the right, of course the pupil should also be slightly to the right to achieve balance, so I thought it would be a good idea to be aware of this.
They asked my opinion about the rest of the face, but I didn't have anything to say about it.
I still feel that there are no problems at all except for the gaze, as I felt that the disastrous atmosphere is well done and the glossiness of the tongue is very nice.
It is always better to be aware of the neck, body, and eye direction, and even if it is tedious, it is better to check the tentative fitting after every certain progress, even if it takes a little longer, it is more reliable.
Failure to do so may result in multiple repainting, so be seriously careful...
I sent this advice, albeit brief. I was glad to hear that they are pleased with it.
If you have any questions, please send them to me. When I have more time, I may be able to answer them as I did this time.
