(WIP) SLG_02 "Pencils"

Didn't I say this was going to be a piece of cake? I should just shut the fuck up,  Every time I say that I turn out to be wrong.

This one hasn't been easy, and I'm also getting rimmed by school right now. I'm really, really looking forward to no longer having to juggle a dozen things at once. I feel like a circus clown.

These pencils also aren't done. But, it's been well over a week since I've posted. I'm sick of not getting to post anything.

Anyways, if you look closely, you'll notice their faces are just duplicated. Why did I do that? It looks shit. Well, there's no real point in redrawing it over and over, especially if I'll be doing that in the lineart stage. It's important to find shortcuts, especially when everything in your life comes crashing down around you. So, I figure, since the heads and faces won't change frame-to-frame, I can just duplicate the pencils. I will not be duplicating the lineart, though. When I do the lineart, it'll add in those small imperfections. They really make a difference, and add a lot of life to your work. In my opinion, at least. You can kinda compare these faces to any of my other faces. These look pretty static and sterile, while the others kinda have some life and energy to 'em. It's because those imperfections give it some movement. Like, look at my profile picture. I purposefully made sure the lines in my beautiful face were inaccurate. It gives it a lot of wiggle, which, in my opinion, makes it look more lively. If I had just animated the blink in a static face, it would've looked like those paintings in Scooby Doo where the eyes follow the characters. 

That's about it, nothing else to say. I'm still working. I'm also going to stop saying stuff like "This will be easy" and "I'll be getting more time soon." It seems the opposite happens whenever I say something like that. So, no. I will not be getting gang banged by truckers in a Denny's bathroom. That definitely won't be happening to me. No sir.
