Right then, the final chapter of Volume 1 has gone live just before this post. Nearly 220k words all told. Now, before anyone sharpens their pitchforks or contemplates unsubscribing, this isn’t a hiatus announcement. I’ll simply be taking a brief breather—two or three days tops—as it’s my brother’s wedding lol. Also, I’ll be ironing out some of the finer details for Volume 2 before diving back in.

The real point of this post, however, is to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of you. Truly, I can’t overstate how much your support means. You wouldn’t believe the ridiculous grin plastered on my face when I received my first Patreon payout. Honestly, I thought it was a fluke. Imposter syndrome came knocking with a vengeance. But no, it was real. It was proof that the small step I took toward becoming a full-time writer wasn’t some pie-in-the-sky fantasy but a genuine possibility.

So, once more, thank you all for being part of this journey. Rest assured, this humble wordsmith intends to stay true to their craft. Volume 1 was just the prologue, there’s plenty more to come. Cheers!
