Her initial stretch of "Angel" sounded a bit strained; perhaps it was just a different note. I think it's a good start. A palette cleanser if you will. I look forward to her next project.

I think the problem that Chloe had was she was starting out with such a high budget in choreo and visual but the music wasnโt matching lmao. I personally like seeing artists on the come up look more relatable or not as extravagant. It gives new artists something to build off of rather than starting looking like they at the top.

I think what youโre having issue with is the style in which she sang the choruses, more operatic than rnb or something. She also looked gorgeous. But listen, if I canโt shake my ass even a little bit to the next one?? She can keep it. I get she needed to get her art out, itโs beautiful black girl magic especially after the harassment she faced as fish girl, but I needed to get my ass shooked and it is very still. So I agree, Iโm bored. Also, she looked great, but the mv itself looked very cheap to me, she is THE Disney fish girl and they couldnโt get her at least a little bit more of a budget???

So I feel like I kind of expected this song from her just based on what I heard from her parts in the duo. Not really my vibe BUT - yo im so serious I think she has more potential. Because when she was in the lower register in the verses it had a little vibe to it so I can see her having more potential to do songs like do it on her own rather than chloe. Imma give her a pass on this and just say itโs her Alicia keys Beyoncรฉ anthem moment and Iโll tune into the next one I guess LMAO.
