A tribute to Yina - Knismewitch RPG Game Prototype

Hi everyone
I’ve been trying along these last few days to write something but ‘till now I’ve not been able, apologies about the slight silence in the Discord server and patreon.Welcome to all new Patrons and a big thanks to all supporters of my project.I’m starting a new batch of requests and I’ve got some drafts already, far yet to be ready to animate, but will try my best these next days to get them done and start framing. I’ve got many stuff to do, honestly. I’m proud and happy I’ve seen the project has been growing up and I’m dedicating along the day all the time I can from the 4 hs, plus the extra weekend marathons.
I’ve got a sad new
Some of you might know already through Discord, one of the team leaders of Vivian’s RPG project Knismewitch has announced she’s not able to continue supporting the game production.Honestly, for me, more than support, she has been one of the main (if not the main) pillars of the project, as she invested much time and effort to make it a reality, although I was unfortunately unable to back her along the first weeks of January, she got to manage several tasks anyway:
- OCs and feedbacks from the interested OC creators and contributors to the game.
- writing lots of lines for the game plot.
- dealing with several advanced features, like the animation system plugin in the game.
- No need to mention for those in discord, how active she’s been, able to provide breath and a delicious collection of great ideas in the threads to work with our OCs and their deeds in game...
That’s why I feel this duty and I’ve decided to make her a tribute in this game.

The project status
At this point, the only goal I see in the horizon is to achieve a decent demo/prototype for the game, mostly to validate with the community. After that, what comes next, depends of the feedback.I’m open to you all, willing to contribute, to find the best release options for everyone.
Really, I’ll appreciate your feedback on it with my effort to combine my artskills with some interactive rpg story.
I know many of you have much expectation on it, but will need help and perhaps at some point, and depending of its evolution, move it to a common workspace so some content creators can dedicate some time to it and make it bigger (other open platform, patreon group page, etc), if the chance is given.
In the overall I'll try to make this project simple, in it's deployment and plot, in the character development, and focus in other aspects such exploration and unlocking stuff.
A simple quest manager to provide some infos of what to do, and then focus on my skill, trying to provide animated scenes with battlers, or special events along the game.

These are the actual game features:
- Some intro maps to work with the demo.
- Some other non accessible maps, worldmap, dungeon, town, forest.
- Some little selection of musics and audio sounds.
- Focused in the intro and the 2 main character introduction, vivian, and yina
- Added some basic system of recruiting for the party, through the campsite, will be an option to add, and remove characters from the party so technically, you could choose at some point all the oc’s you want for the game.
- Provide a few minutes of exploration features and discovering some hotspots.
- Unlockables and secret testing map, where the players can access to some sort of Gallery to see the animations, manage the corruption levels, open some art hall for those contributors with skeetches and drafts to publish and give credit … well this has a lot of potential options.
- In-Game fetish filters, for those who like special fetishes like painplay/futa/fj/lesbian/etc, some fetishes could be not interesting for some public, the game intro will feature some immersive dialogs to unlock those features.
- Potential gameover for each monstergirl.
- Second gameover by character's death, depending on her corruption level, will take place in haven or netherworld.
- Some basic art assets, and facesets. Will work on animations once I've got published the first verion.
- Game credits, a place to post your names (or nicknames), your highest support tiers and any funy comment you want to include, besides of course, your contributions.
- A progessive integration of your OC’s in next versions, to decide if you want them as NPCs or give the possibility to become party members.
- Single party only. The player team. Won’t be able to make yina’s party alignments, at least in this demo stage, as I fear this will require a lot of logics and conditions which will increase the workload. I’ll try to keep the storyline and character development simple, as this game will focus in several fetishes for our ladies. If this feature comes back again, I hope it’s in some advanced mature version, after validating the demo.
- And so other stuff I'm sure I'm missing out now, but will take reference of my older tries about some rpg stuff and import them if they fit here.

Releases
- All new releases will be leaded to the platinum and diamond tiers, mostly platinum as they’re the gamedev supporters, and among other projects I’d like to resume onwards, I want to provide them the first attempt to Knismewitch demo.
- Public releases. I’m planning to unlock each release to all tiers after a month, so anyone can play the demo, once tested.
- I'll look for some platform to share. Could be Mega or other storage link I could provide to the proper tiers.

Remarks, disclaimers, etc.
- It’s important to remark what can you do and what you cannot do with the game contents, mostly for respect about the original idea Yina and me were working with. I’ll provide more info in next posts.
- I’m not a native english speaker and I can’t afford to work on a complete RPG plot and dialog script on my own. So, I’ll make lots of mistakes. You’re free to help me out with that.
- Atm, I work at half time in this patreon project, which means I must combine this demo production with the request, patreon polls/characters and other public da stuff, delays might come depending on the workload.
- I’ve got other started ideas in standby, but I’d like to resume them at some point to keep on providing new type of content and at some point, if really possible, jump to make some platformer or ryona game here too.
