I wanted there to be a nice contrast between the 'fantasy' and reality parts of the comic since they are going to switch a fair bit, usually on the same page where the characters will be doing different actions. Swapping warm and cool tones seemed like a good idea.
Is he in an ice cave? I hope not, because he doesn't have an clothes on :(
