Hey y’all!

Huge drop.

Hip hop has played such a big role in my creative journey it just feels right to do a proper homage to It every now and then, yknow? From 2pac and Deathrow as inspiration for the composition, background as little reference to Purple (my personal favorite by Nas) to the lettering on Kendrick’s N95. From the moment I got the idea of drawing Ghost Rider I knew I wanted this to be an ode to the genre.

Btw, I cannot being to describe to you how fucking fun it was to paint these three, didn’t want to get too realistic nor too cartoonish, just trying to find that perfect blend using graphic elements with carefully rendered ones like those 50s-60s lifestyle illustrations did.
