Edit: Took out a line I never really liked from page 4. What do you think? lol
Or.
"Let's go to the artist's house."
Edit: Ah they changed it! They change the thing! The layout or whatever... Anyway...
Fine, here's the third, but second, comic of this new series of comics I've been doing. And one funny thing to note is that Davo has been present on all three of these, accidentally making him, for the moment, the de facto protagonist of this series.
Even if this is more of a Diana plot, or even more of the repercussions of a Diana plot. I don't know, I feel Diana would totally dare to do a figure drawing session, and immediately regret it as soon as she noticed familiar faces behind the easels.
It's, like with many of these comics, a silly idea I've had in mind for years, but this one didn't really have a structure until I thought about doing some good ol' Austin Powers type censorship with the sketches and the speech bubbles.
There was a point where I wasn't really sure how to end this comic. I scrapped the original idea, it involved a long dialogue that felt like "mucho texto" and a bit pointless. And then a bit of a dramatic discussion that felt a bit out of character for Tak. You guys wouldn't notice because I haven't done a lot of stuff with her yet. But I would know.
Like with the volleyball episode I sort of imagine this like the conclusion of a B plot. That wasn't my intention but it sort of feels like that. So let's pretend that meanwhile Zara and Lil are somewhere doing something more important. And RJ is in the other room or something.
I had sort of teased this one on this piece before. And here you can see a poster of "The Cartographer" Which features some OCs of mine that I have left a bit forgotten unfortunately. But I'm pleased to announce that you can expect to see them in a project I worked on very soon. And the other Easter egg I'll acknowledge is Tak's family portrait.
...
Out of topic, but Is anyone here interested in a Bluesky code? I got some spare ones...
