nightmare pt. 2 (scrapped)

This is also a repost onto my Patreon, since the original post had commentary that linked out to Pillowfort (which I no longer use), and massive posts onto Patreon are a bad idea anyways because they make navigating through pictures exceptionally difficult. That's why I've provided a MEGA link (in case you're wondering why I do this).

Anyways, this scrapped project is from 2017, and still remains my biggest scrapped project ever. You've probably seen bits and pieces of this project on my Tumblr/Twitter over the years, but not to this extent.

There's a pretty simple reason why this project ended up being scrapped: lack of planning. I'm not the best at planning out projects, even to this day. I have a tendency to increase the scope of a project as I work on it. And with this project specifically, the scope ended up spiraling out of control, so I was doomed for failure. I ended up being beset with intense self-doubt, and wasn't sure if this project was "good enough" for my followers. I wasn't even sure if anybody would care for this project at all, since I'm very well aware that my followers don't tend to care for NEs (and they still don't).

So even though I managed to get a lot of work done, I eventually gave up. Honestly, it was for the best. It was an overwhelming amount of negative energy that I was feeling, and I didn't have the same support system that I do now. 

The story was simple at least, I mean, hey it's just smut. The Druid from #44 is trying to save another NE that's experiencing the same kind of "nightmare" that he went through, and he recruited a Demon Hunter to assist him. Since Xavius is doing stuff to the white haired NE in his nightmare, the only way to free him from his predicament would be to do stuff to his unconscious body in the "real world". The white haired NE gets saved, and would then show his gratitude by...well, guess.

There's quite a bit of other shots that were never rendered out. I do still have this project in its entirety since I never really wanted to give it up, but those files are more or less completely useless now. My workflow has changed quite a bit since 2017, as have the models that I use, so it would be a better idea to just remake everything entirely.

Would I? Doubtful. Not when everybody else would rather see Orcs or big guys instead. I'll always have these pics at least to keep myself satisfied.
