changes to the $1 - Just the Tipper tier

Hello everyone,

As you may or may not know, Patreon charges quite a bit of fees to use their platform, and then there are also payment processing fees on top of that. And then you combine that with massive pandemic-related inflation and taxes and suddenly, that $1 pledge you're supporting my efforts with just...shrinks really quickly.

So with that in mind, I'm announcing a modest increase to the cost of the Just the Tipper-tier, from $1 to $1.75, effective immediately.

Please note that this change will only affect new, incoming patrons. If you are currently within the old $1 tier, you are grandfathered into that tier. You won't have to pay for anything extra to remain in that old tier until you decide to leave it (by joining another tier, cancelling your patronage and then patronizing me again at a later date, etc.).

The Big Supporter-tier's pricing remains the same for now.
