Mini update to Deadly Furnitures and Riften Events

As announced, I´ve spent the last week on some much needed maintenance for Existing content.

The most overdue one was the implementation of the "safe Decap" method for the riften Guilloutine Party, as well as a the fix for the corresponding chain which prevented the scene from being start-able in the player-follower combo..
I´ve also relaxed some distance conditions for the hanging Event to reduce the chance of the scene getting stuck. 

Because I don't think fixing these few minor fixes require extensive testing, I´ve already uploaded this new version directly to loverslab.

The more important update however was to our Flagship mod, deadly furnitures.
In addition to modifying the treestump to detect non-guards as executioners, I´ve also made some larger changes to the spit-roast accessories and the gallows.
While I´ve never been able to reproduce this error, I keep getting reports that some people cannot interact with dead victims on these devices and are therefore unable to remove them.
So I´ve added additional activator planes directly to them, which can be used as an alternative for interaction if the regular method doesn't work.
Some feedback on this from affected people would be highly appreciated.

The Riften update will work fine on existing saves,
The Deadly furnitures update will also work on existing saves, but NOT with existing devices. which means you need to spawn new ones to see these changes.

None of my mods touches any existing NPC records in the game, so this issue you are describing here likely has another origin.

I found a magic bug. It should be the problem of Riften barbecue. When generating a random npc, it will automatically generate a fixed non-beautified npc (the key is that she is still wearing clothes), and other mods will also be affected, such as the meat farm or the slave generated by zaz.
