Thanks to my longtime supporter Danath, I was reminded that the Impaler is still a thing.
last time i experimented with this, I ran into the problem that I didn't really have a suitable furniture or animation for it, so it never went anywhere.
But by now, I know enough about creating meshes/anims to remedy this.
Which means, the next event will be an impalement scene. there are two options for how a scene like this could play out.
1. A all-in-one device as seen in the first 4 pictures.
2. a simple spike in the ground where a guard pushes the victim down.
