A new hope for the Wayrest Guillotine

Remember when i was talking about this potential fix for the Guillotine?

That it would theoretically be possible to write s SKSE plugin to access the native decapitate function Directly? 

This would eliminate the need for the entire Dupe-procedure and would therefore eliminate all current sources for errors. And it would also enable all sorts of other decapitations, including the old Wayrest Guillotine, and even something during an SL Scene.


By some cosmic coincidence, I did some random Browsing on nexus yesterday and Found exactly that. An SKSE-utility plugin that contains this function.

so I placed the Wayrest Guillotine and wrote a small testscript. And i was absolutely delighted that it works exactly as i had hoped. 

Kinda makes the last 1,5 months i spend on the current variant obsolete though -.-

As for when its ready, im not quite sure. I´m still in the middle of exam phase, so i´ll have to divert some of my time to that. As for the technical aspect, the new Function greatly reduces the complexity, but still makes a complete rewrite necessary.

There is no Blade in the picture, because the wayrest Guillotine is a multipart device, too. And since i was just going to test the new function, i didnt bother to place a Blade.
