Back in the early days of YouTube when this would have been uploaded, that probably could've stayed for a very, very long time with no problem at all. There was no such thing as monetization, and it wasn't explicit pornography. There was A LOT of really messed up stuff on YouTube back in the day.

I'm someone who literally writes it out word-for-word and practices, but then in the actual moment of the speech, if I accidentally skip a part or decide to use a different word, I can do that "naturally" in the moment. But if I only write bullet points, I'll be standing there reading a list of bullet points and saying "um" 50% of the speech. (Although, one really cool teacher I had in middle school, to incentivize us towards better public speaking, actually counted and docked points for every single "uh" or "um" or related filler when presenting. It was obnoxious at the time, but I've never had another teacher care as much.)
