yup, she's poor William's first crush! ... he should tell her he owes her a vengeance... she really was unnecessarily mean to him... She cannot "curse them again", luckily, unless someone makes a wish again.

Tara is so beautiful, man... And so adorable in this episode, how she makes fun of Spike... it's so weird that every trauma has some word to mock the victim. Like when Anya says Halfrek has parents issues ... Like yeah, abused kids do tend to have them until the day they die. So weird that people use it to put down the victim. Lol, you have daddy issues. Well yeah, you would have them too if you had abusive father...

It's never bothered me though. I think she has a right to feel the way she does. She's gone through SO MUCH in the last year or so, and no one acknowledges her pain and trauma at all.

2024-09-27 17:50:38 +0000 UTCI’m kind understand Anya this episode. Her feelings often get mocked, joked about, or belittled by the scoobies. She was clearly anxious and over it. Also loved Tara being a full character with agency and not just an extension of Willow. Makes it more powerful when she stands up for Willow in spite of the crap and abuse Willow has put her through.

That's how she knew him, and calling him by his human name William.
