And that was a first take?! Wow that's impressive, that's gotta be my favorite behind-the-scenes fact I've heard so far about this movie. Great acting! I haven't seen anything about Dawson's Creek, but that's a cool connection with Michelle Williams (great actress) I knew that she and Heath Ledger were together for awhile. And thank you!!

Kat's tears towards the end of the poem were real and not planned. Heath Ledger improvised the moment where Patrick starts playing with the fire. Kat and Bianca's dad refers to the TV show Dawson's Creek by calling it Dawson's River. Heath Ledger dated Michelle Williams, who was one of the main actors on the show, after they starred together in Brokeback Mountain. She is also the mother of his only child. Also, Julia Stiles and Joseph Gordon-Levitt briefly dated during filming of this movie. Btw you guys are so cute!
