If you're reading books I recommend Artemis Fowl.

Thomas Gabriel White

Agreed, the movie was good, except it botched the story. Can't wait for the Eragon series that is rumored to be in the works!

Lucile Byrd

loved the books and the movie!

Midnight Crypt Worx (Nikki Davis)

You should check out the Eragon books if you haven’t before! There’s only one movie… and it’s not a bad movie unless you acknowledge the fact that it’s supposed to be based on a book

Alex Romanov

Who didn't enjoy listening to you read? I can definitely bombard u with book titles!

Lucile Byrd

I am glad you did this. It is something I have been thinking about doing am starting a book club for my friend and thought about reading the books on here and reviewing them on Youtube this is awesome. It shows at least some interest in the concept, besides me.

Came in halfway through both livestreams so far, so it's great that you post the whole thing here 😊❤️ *an apothecary is a maker and seller of medicine.(In danish the word for farmacy is apotek, and one who works there would be called the equivalent of apothecary (apoteker). ) *About Katniss being angry with her mom: I have thoughts. Sorry in advance, this is going to be a bit long, as a little backstory is needed 😉 (TW for death and grief). My older brother died suddenly at the age of 16 (I was 10, my sister was 5), and one of my mother's trauma responses was that she had the STRONG and consistent intrusive thought, that being her child would make you dead. So for several years she didn't mother us, for the fear that we would die too. We had food and clothes, but the emotional damage was... extensive. I'm 45 now, a mother myself, and have a LOT of therapy in my toolkit by now, and I understand her, and truly forgive her. She was going through hell and did the best she could. I love her very much. BUT, and this is the crucial part: me understanding and forgiving, doesn't undo the damage that was done. It's there and I have had to figure out to live with it. So here's where this relates to Katniss and her mom: It's COMPLETELY understandable that Katniss' mom falls into deep depression! AND it's also understandable and maybe even fair, that Katniss is angry at her for it. Both sides can exist at the same time.❤️ - Also, as a child and a teenager, it can feel as if you are competing for the mother's love with a ghost. And you can never be as perfect as the memory of a lost loved one! It feels extremely unfair, and can easily turn the feeling of being unloved into a feeling if bitterness: "Why is the memory of him more important than being here for us, who are still alive?!" Katniss says that she is not a very forgiving person. I am, in general. But forgiving my mom for those years took a loooong time! And Katniss is still only 16. And she is still IN the situation. The mother is better yes, but Katniss is still the main provider and "parent". The anger is very realistic! Sorry, this was long. But for obvious reasons I relate strongly to Katniss here, and I feel that many people dont understand and it's not either the mother is right or Katniss is, but they are BOTH right. (Thanks for coming to my TED talk...) * I believe the districts gets a year of extra food etc when their tribute becomes a victor. That's one of the reasons why the districts with career tributes are doing so much better than the others... they regularly get extra food & supplies. This also makes sense of why the careers are told that them winning will bring honour and riches to their district, and why the districts are willing to let their career trainees have extra food growing up etc. I'm looking forward to more live readings. They are great fun! 😊❤️🌟

Harry Potter are an obvious lol.

They've been so much fun so far, thank you!
