And now for the main topic.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I'd like to stop giving out rewards for the EX2 plan that I've been doing for about 4 years.

The reason why I'm stopping the rewards is a bit long, and it may sound like an excuse again, but please bear with me...

First of all

I've been working on a lot of things lately, and I don't have enough time and resources to make a game or a CG collection...

If you've been supporting the EX2 plan for a long time, you've probably noticed that the distribution dates are getting later and later, and the number of copies is decreasing.

When we originally started distributing rewards, the support site area was just starting to get crowded, and we didn't have as many things to do as we do now, and we didn't have as many projects, so we were able to distribute without any problems.

Recently, however, I have started making games and CG books, and I have been learning more and more, and I have started to encounter various problems.

For example, in the case of game development, when the script is in good shape and the development process is moving forward, I have to stop all work and start working on the monthly reward because I have to create the reward for distribution at the beginning of each month.

It's been two years since I started game development, and to be honest, I haven't made any progress... Well, I'll post an article about game development later, and I'll explain in detail then.

In addition, the nature of rewards makes it difficult to advertise, so I've been drawing pictures for a long time, but I haven't been able to advertise them on Twitter, etc. It's been a strange situation, and to be honest, I've been mentally overwhelmed.

I should have made the decision sooner, but somewhere in my heart I was afraid of losing the supporters I've gathered through my hard work on the support site, which has been going on for about 6 years including ENTY, and the support money has been helping me with my creative activities, so I was also afraid of losing it.

And one more thing.

I relied too much on secondary works, that's all.

As you know, I've been drawing a lot of FGO and Azuren, which are mainly frame-based series for rewards, and I know they're popular and sought after by my supporters, but my personal feeling is that I want to have my own original content, and if I'm always borrowing someone else's shirt, I'll never be able to become an author...

I've been feeling that I haven't made any progress in my art for the past few years, and I'm getting frustrated that I'm being left behind while everyone around me continues to progress...

So, after I stop distributing rewards, I'm going to spend my time trying to improve my original content.

There are two main reasons why I'm stopping the reward distribution system after the January distribution.

Also, I will be distributing the rewards that have been delayed since November soon, so please wait a little longer.

あけましておめでとうございます、霧瀬ミツルです

新年のご挨拶を大分遅れてしまいました

今年も良い一年、お付き合い頂けたら嬉しいです

そして本題です、タイトルにも書きましたが

私都合で申し訳ないのですが４年ぐらい続けてたEX２プランのリワードの配布を今月１月を最後に一旦停止させて頂きたいと思います、再開するかどうかは未定ですが、ひとまずEX2プラン自体はそのままで、今後なにかしらイラストや記事をEX2に投稿する予定です

そしてリワードを停止理由はすこし長くなります、また言い訳ぽくなるかもしれませんがご容赦を…

まず一つ

端的にいえば最近のいろんな作業がパンクしています、ゲーム制作にしろ、CG集にしろ時間的リソースが足りない…

長らく年単位でEX2プランでご支援頂いてる方なら薄々気づいてると思うんですが、配布日時がどんどん遅れてる、また枚数も減っていると

元々リワード配布始めた時は支援サイト界隈が賑わい始めた時期で、今よりもやる事がそこまで多くもなく、抱えてる案件もそこまで多くはなく、支援サイトメインの活動だったので問題なく配布が出来てたのです。

ですが最近だとゲーム制作やCG集制作を開始して勉強する事も増えて、いろいろ問題が出始めてきました。

ゲーム制作で例に出すと、スクリプトがイイ感じに出来て開発の歯車が進み始めて、さぁここから作業が進むという時、月イチで配布用のリワードの制作をやらなきゃいけなくなるため、すべての作業を中断して月のリワード制作に取り掛からなくていけなくなるため、いろんな作業の感覚が振り出しになってしまうとても作業効率が最悪なパターンになってしまっているんです…

そんな感じなのでゲーム開発初めて丸二年正直全然進まないままでしたし…まぁ、ゲーム開発に関してはまた後日いろいろ方針を定める記事投稿するのでその時詳しく説明します。

いろんな作業が班目みたいに一歩進んですぐ止まるていう環境が常態化してて、またリワードの性質上宣伝もしづらいので、絵はずっと描いてるのにツイッターなどで宣伝できるものがあまりない変な状況で正直いろいろ精神的に参ってます。

本当ならばもっと早く決断するべき事柄だったんですが、心のどこかでまだ大丈夫という驕りと、ENTY含めれば６年ぐらい続いた支援サイトのこつこつ活動で集めた支援者様を失うのが正直怖かった、また支援金もわりと創作活動の助けになってて、それが無くなるのも惜しかった。

そしてもう一つ

２次創作に頼りすぎた、これに尽きます

知っての通りリワードの内容が主にハメシリーズのFGOやアズレンなど多く描いてきました、支援者様には好評で求められてるのは知ってるのですが、個人的な心情としてはやはり自分のオリジナルコンテンツを持ちたい、いつまでも誰かのフンドシを借りてるのでは今後の霧瀬ミツルという人間はどこまでも作家にはなりきれない…

FGOやアズレンなど描く事自体別にスキです、ただ同じ構図同じ体格同じシチュエーション、キャラが違うだけの同じ絵ずらで、ここ数年自分が絵でまったく進歩をしてないてのをずっと感じていました、周りが進歩を続けてるのに自分は取り残されていく焦燥感が膨れがってきてもうキツイです…

なのでリワード配布停止後は、時間をオリジナルコンテンツを充実させる様努めたいと思います。

大まかな二つの理由で勝手ながら１月のリワード配布を最後に一旦リワード配布制度を停止します、ご理解頂けると幸いです。

また１１月から遅れてるリワードの配布近日中に配布しますのでもうしばしお待ちくださいませ。
