Such a good show. Definitely my favorite. As you said, re:zero would have been the only other one that could have been at the level but they had to do the stupid ass distance between the two parts...I hate that so much. This was definitely one of the more ter-jerking episodes of any anime for me

Flashback sequences: hardly anything pleasant come from them, but we have to watch, to know what’s going on. Even being spoiled of the details beforehand doesn’t really lessen the emotional impact. And there’s gotta be many single moms out there who’s caught in situations similar to Silky’s former self.
I love the fact that Aira, who until this episode has been portrayed as a selfish girl, actually decides to commit a very altruistic act: calling Acrobatic Silky mother, just so that the latter’s soul can go to a better place instead of vanish.

i instantly bought all the manga available and been buying it since then, once its out.... it did give me depression mode for a while, but was so well written i cried my eyes out on a phone reading that part of the manga bruh....

I read the manga... did not expect this episode to hit that much harder. Full on waterfall-levels of crying here.
