I've just released new VIP model variants of the body parts and BDSM models that are both 80% faster at the cost of a little bit of accuracy. You can use these models with the sexual actions VIP model all together at once for additional speed.
Progress continues on the positions model. A lot of the tags are working pretty well but there's still a few trickier ones that need more work to get the AI learning them a bit better so I'll continue working on this with an aim to have a VIP beta release available within 1.5-2 months.
