Important changes for 2022

At the moment I am able to do 1 or 2 weekly drawings and I want to make something you like.
For this year I plan to dedicate more time to the community and that's why i'm going to make some changes.
New changes:
- As soon as the number of users reaches 0 I will remove Tier 1
- I no longer offering requests, but I will make more polls.
This is a difficult decision but I want that everyone has a chance to present their ideas and get drawings.
- Commissions are closed or very limited
I really want to spend more time doing polls.
These changes will be applied next month
