Couple of mod release posts are still coming shortly. I'm going to get a little rest for now. I'll have more mods releasing later today as well.

BizOp Mod v2 - In testing half of the day. Full day of testing if needed on Saturday.

Wednesday 4/3
Ownable Apartments v5 - Estimating that testing should be wrapped up tonight. I'll create the post and release. This might be as late as Thursday morning.

Realistic Zodiac Signs v2 - Testing should be wrapped up tomorrow with release same day.

The next mod that'll be in testing and ready for release is BizOp Mod v2. Not sure the exact release estimate pending any issues during testing. There's a small amount of new tuning for me with this mod which I usually have to figure out a fix for. But releasing soon (Pixxel Pervert)

I'll have some new content releasing over the next few days as well. Small mods. Some are free and some will be all tiers.

Probably no modding today. I'll try to fix issues with the current mod tonight, but not sure. Currently dealing with an issue where I've moved and it's taking a lot longer than hoped. Very sorry for the delay. I'll keep you updated.

Hope everyone had a great weekend and holiday. I'm currently in testing for a couple of mods. Ownable Apartments v5, and Realistic Zodiac Signs v2.

What's New For Ownable Apartments v5
-Adding two new venues that you can offer to tenants. Duplex and Trailer Park.

-Removed the screening event. Now you will have a non goaled event to pick potential new tenants.

-Updated the menus so they make more sense for gameplay.

-New gameplay when you ask the tenant for rent. They will either have the rent for you or miss the payment. If they don't pay then the option to evict will appear.

-You can now check your tenants for violations of their lease and property.

-You can also check for complaints and respond with maintenance or what's needed.

-You can approve leases for a specific venue type. Example, approve for affordable apartment. Depending on the type of apartment venue they're approve for, rent will reflect that. Example luxury leases will pay more.

-Other small updates.

Testing progress. A few issues I'm working on. Not sure how long it'll take to fix but I'll keep you updated.
