Music Industry Mod - I'm currently working on fixing the issue I detailed previously.  I'll be working on this for the next couple of days.

Friday 5/12
Ownable Brothels - Had to pause finishing the mod to fix issues with Ownable Apartments.  Please update to v3.1 if you have the previous version 3 of Ownable Apartments.  I'm in testing for ownable brothels with no big issues expected.  Finally release today.  Sorry fort he delays.

Music Industry Mod - I'll focus on this mod once Ownable Brothels is released.  I have just the one issue I mentioned but it's an issue I've yet to figure out.  I'm giving this a couple of days to fix then probably releasing without it.  This feature allows functional recording studios with your artist.  You can have them perform on the piano , sing, or play guitar, record the track, and either release a single or have a band perform multiple tracks and record a full album and release on a music streaming platform. That's how the record label will make money.  It's the key feature of the mod.

Ownable Brothels - Should get this out sometime today.  Ownable apartments took longer than expected but is finally released.  Any new delays I'll let you know.

Music Industry Mod - Once Ownable Brothels is released I'll focus on this.  The prior issue was figuring out how to add a simpicker to certain instruments and have your talent play it for you. The rest of the mod is complete.  This is a key feature of the mod.
