Off-Grid Survival Mod v2 - Complete.  Had a small issue with new objects that's been fixed.  Releasing a little later today.

Fashion Industry Mod - Expected to release Sun/Mon.  

Functional Venue and Lots Mod - Titled changed to Ownable Functional Venues Mod.  I'm currently working on this mod as well which will take a few more days.  There are 18 to 20 functional venues.  This includes a hookah lounge, self storage facility, blood banks, pawn shop, church, warehouse, martial arts studio, shopping center, mall, private prisons, laundromats, tattoo parlors, barber shops, nail salons, amusement parks, movie theaters, and drive-in movie theaters.  New venues will get added in updates.  You can purchase these venues with each having a certain amount functionality.  From opening, closing, entrance fee, social interactions, other income opportunities, and functional objects.

Notice Of Delay
Music Industry Mod - Delayed until I can fix the current issue.  The way the mod is suppose to work is you find talent and sign them to your label.  You can sign singers, guitar players, and piano players.  You can also semi form a band by having them all record tracks from those instruments. Use the recording studio to produce singles, or create 8 singles to create an album, then upload either to a music streaming service. A single consists of the vocal track, guitar track, and piano track.

I'm using a simpicker that will have the npc artist use the instrument and make the recording.  This is what isn't working for me.  The interactions weren't showing up on the instruments to select them and have them record.

I've somewhat fixed the issue by using mod constructor 5's ability to inject interactions into objects.  But the interaction themselves need work.

I really like this feature and want to keep it and not use a workaround, so I'll continue to find the fix over the next few days and keep you updated on the progress.  Meanwhile I can also add even more features to give the mod  more gameplay.

Delayed: 1-2 weeks.  I'll post regular updates.

Music Industry Mod - I could not solve the issue with the vocalist feature, which is an interaction on the microphone to record vocals.  I'm also having issues with my xml-injector interactions not showing up at all.

I've decided to try something else to get the interactions to show up.  And a last resort use immediate interactions which do not have animations or completely change how to record certain tracks.

Fashion Industry Mod - Releasing late tonight pending any issues found during testing.  Most of the mod is complete.

Music Industry Mod - Complete with just an issue with the vocalist feature.  I was hoping to have it solved the day prior however I'm still working on a fix.  Per usual once solved I can release.
