June Reward Sketches
Added 2021-07-07 05:56:38 +0000 UTCSo, a bit of serious talk. Firstly, apologies that these came out late. I've already beaten myself up over it several times over for all of last months missteps like missing streams, taking unannounced days off, getting these done late, etc. I tend to work on these over the course of the last week in the month, but as you all know my cat had a medical emergency and that took up my time and wellbeing.
That all being said, I do wish I put my foot down more when the requests made push the line of sketch. Some fellow artists have pointed out that, in their opinion, these come out commission tier rather than simple sketches which I always brushed off, but I really felt it these past few days. At some points I found myself wanting to call this whole thing quits or change this page to just a tip jar/pay per image and deal with the losses because it feels like a lot of people are only here for their monthly sketches. I started panicking over it, AND on top of all this I haven't even started my thesis project for college which I'm supposed to be doing this summer. I guess I'm just feeling stuck. I don't have anything else to offer this page other than polls and early access but the monthly sketches are starting wear on my energy and health.

Definitely prioritize your health and school-work first tbh! Like others have said, I think increasing the price & making the highest tier limited would ease on the workload. Regardless, we all appreciate what you do for us, and will stick around! Stay safe, and thank you!

I want to support you whether there are Patreon rewards or not. Have you thought about increasing the price point for the sketch reward tier, or potentially reducing the number of patrons on that tier?

2021-07-07 07:49:13 +0000 UTCIf anything you have to put your health first before anything else. The tier you currently offer could be changed to uncolored sketch or even less than that too if it helps balance things out. Change what you need to.
