He awakes in the fantasy world. Viewing this as some trial buy the Emperor to atone for his sins, he ventures out to make the Emperor proud and atone for the sins of his chapter.

The reason I think the Raptors Chapter would be more open-minded is that they are more willing to work with others like the Imperial Guard, using gorilla warfare rather like many other Chapters, I'm looking at you Black Templars. But the idea of a Space Marine learning to be human again is a very interesting story as many of us here would love to see unfold in a comic.
