Random - warframe sketches

Google didn't really help me with references so I started up SFM. And if you start up sfm, people usually start a conversation with ya.. ̶s̶o̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶a̶c̶t̶u̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ ̶w̶o̶r̶k̶ ̶x̶d̶
ValkyrQ wrote to me askin how's it going and the chat turned into talking about drawing as an actual thing. He wanna draw and I've started to tell him it's actually easy to make things with the smallest effort. If you put some story into the drawing, no matter how it looks, you gonna enjoy it cuz you do understand it's message. I've started to show him my old sketches even on paper as an example, also some methods that help and telling it's just basic circles in the background of the character and such.
He said he'll draw a mag one day and show it to me. So to prove my point that making a sketch/drawing is easy (it's just consumes more time to make something better), I did that Mag sketch, shown above as the first pic.
Later I've started a valkyr for him (2nd pic) and used this sfm pic for reference (I've put it right next to my sketching place so to check the details would not require to change windows on the screen)
3rd pic is the wip sketch layer that was under the actual lineart layer. (ye I only needed that, cuz I wanted to show something that was done fast... like... well, fast with my speed xd)
Then the 4th pic was made later, valkyrq asked me to finish the drawing. So I did.
Tried to add more encouraging quotes, maybe overdid it tho. Had to delete some, so the pic wouldn't be that crowded.
Personally I like the white/first version better, but I like the coloured too.
It was a bit weird getting back to drawing, but I really enjoyed doing these.
